Job Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. This role ensures that the warehouse functions efficiently and effectively in accordance with safety and quality standards.

• Create general ledger & journal
• Make fund trasnfers by cheque, online banking, paynow, etc.
• Manage A/R, A/P, Deposit, Cash Balance, etc.
• Assist in quarterly GST filing and suppport external audit
• Admin Works (ex. Utilities Management, etc.) are asked on regular (or) an ad hoc basis

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle full spectrum of HR function.

- Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.

- To assist in recruitment which includes job posting, schedule interviews.

- Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc.

- On-boarding/ Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation.

- Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system.

- Organize corporate events.

- Review and update HR Policies.

- Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims.

- Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21.

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.

- Responsible for employee recruitment, induction, training, personnel transfer, resignation and other procedures, and establish personnel files.

- General employees’ personal abilities, reasonable arrangements for the increase or decrease in the company’s internal human resources, etc.

Your Responsibilities:  
The Junior Fermentation Engineer will be responsible for working with fermentation scientists in developing optimized culture conditions for newly developed or existing production strains from our customers, the successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks related to fermentation technology. These can include strain propagation, bench top and pilot scale fermentations, operation of laboratory equipment/ instrumentation, media preparation, sample collection and analysis, as well as operation of equipment such as HPLC, spectrophotometer, biochemistry analyser etc.
Junior Fermentation Engineer will be based at our main facility at Tuas (Singapore) and occasionally assisting the lab in Biopolis and will be reporting to the QA/QC Manager.

• Preparing and operating bioreactor systems for submerged fermentation.
• Conducting HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) analysis for productions samples.
• Conducting biochemical assays such as Enzymatic Assays, Protein Quantification Assays, SDS Page etc.
• Routine microbiological testing and cell counting of process samples;
• Developing laboratory procedures and protocols for various analytical and microbiological tests;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other quality team members, engineers and management professionals;
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the progress timeline in new product/process development;
• Ensure safe working practice in laboratory to meet or exceed safety goals.

Your Profile:

• Min Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field;
• Prior experience with benchtop bioreactors is essential;
• Experience in using analytical tools like HPLC, spectrophotometer is desirable;
• Industrial experience would be a plus, e.g. food, pharma, fermentation;
• Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication;
• Strong communication and organization skills, be able to multi-task and exhibit a strong sense of urgency in order to accomplish daily tasks;
• Be self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities; must be able to work independently in a team environment, maintain a positive attitude;

Role Overview:

The role of the clinic assistant is to provide a customer-oriented and efficient service to all the patients and clients in area of patient care and clinical duties. The person will need to handle the registration, payments and completed any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Key Responsibilities/ Duties:

• Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care.
• Dispensing, assisting in the clinical matters, sterilizing equipment, creating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Drug administration duties such as stock monitoring, ordering and maintenance.
• Clinic housekeeping; establishing good rapport and better relationships with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements.

• Proficiency in communication and knowledge of other dialects an asset.
