Account Receivable Job Role

• Preparing daily invoices to customers
• Issuing quotation or proforma invoice in accordance with project team
• Monitoring on bank receipts from customers
• Generating monthly statement of accounts
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations
• Liaising with customers for any outstanding payments
• Liaising with banker for incoming fund
• Updating billing status to project master list
• Performing office tasks such as filling, data entry, answering phones and etc
• Performing any adhoc duties as assigned

Account Payable Job Role

• Timely recording vendors invoices
• Preparing payment and performing online banking transactions
• Updating bank balances in daily basis
• Handling for staffs claims
• Liaising with vendors and internal operation team for AP related queries
• Performing office tasks such as filling, data entry, answering phones and etc
• Performing any adhoc duties as assigned

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cashiering duties
• Opening & closing of retail store
• Organize & display products orderly on shelves
• Perform stock-take and stock replenishment timely
• Daily housekeeping to keep the retail store clean and tidy at all times
• Any other duties assigned by your superior
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all company policies and procedure
