• Have knowledge on use of basic equipment’s like pallet jacks to move goods, use of tools to perform job.
• Maintain and ensure accurate inventory control database systems and records.
• Maintain and upkeep the storage of all inventory and equipment.
• Coordinate with production / sites on incoming, damage or rework goods.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, Standard Operating Processes. (SOP), Safety and Security Policy.
• Assist driver to customer’s destination to offload delivery items.

• Basic qualification
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team environment and independently, possess verbal and written communication skills.
• Equipment handing license, Forklift license will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research for exhibitions on Singapore, Southeast Asia and more, on cultural heritage, maritime trade, etc.
2. Work closely with curators to conceptualise, research, and develop written content for exhibitions (E.g., Eucational, marketing and public outreach materials, social media write-ups and education guides.)
3. Sourcing exhibition materials and securing copyright permissions.
4. Support community engagement efforts as part of exhibition research and/or publicity, including conducting public tours.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in History or related social sciences
• Experienced and meticulous in historical research & writing, skilled in sourcing and analysing primary and secondary materials
• Experienced in conducting research on topics related to Chinese history, literature or culture
• Has keen interest in and has sound understanding of Singapore history and heritage
