You will be supporting the Marketing Assistant Manager in driving marketing strategies and implementing of campaigns and events to drive higher traffic and increase tenant sales.

Marketing Assistant

1. Assist the team in planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
2. Assist in acquiring promotional deals from tenants, coordinating communication and ensuring timely execution of promotions.
3. Manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
4. Create engaging content for social media channels using the content received from tenants and other sources.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities.
6. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.
8. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications
• Preferably 1 year of working experience
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with ad campaigns on all different marketing channels
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiar with any form of social media or email marketing platforms will be an added advantage
• Resourceful, and enthusiastic about taking on-board new challenges
• Organized and able to keep within given deadlines with minimal supervision

HR cum Account Assistant

$2,400-$3,500

5 working days, 8.30am – 6.00pm

Location: Near Ikea Tampines

Human Resource Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll regularly
• To ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
• Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.
• Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc.
• Responsible for application, renewal and maintaining licensing with various government bodies
• Assist in submission of CPF contributions, IR21, IR8A, levy claim applications, government surveys and other statutory submissions.
• Maintain and timely renew of Insurances, Security Bond and Insurance Claim Handling
• Maintain, up-to-date and filing records and profiles in the HR system and MOM portal.
• Maintain and verify timesheets, attendance and leaves balance for all staff
• Prepare letters and internal announcements as and when required.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Accounting Roles & Responsibilities:

· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner

· Prepare consolidation and entity level management report for monthly, quarterly, and yearly group reporting

• Responsible for monthly CPF contributions, tax clearance/ annual tax filing by working closely with Accountant during annual audit process.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system

· Quarterly GST submission and assist in preparation of annually corporate tax submission

· Long and short-term cash flow projection and monitoring

• Prepare invoicing, debit and credit notes, payments, issuance of cheques/ TT and e-filing duties, bank reconciliation, cashflow statements.

· Prepare letters and emails to remind customers of due payments

· Expenditure variance analysis and monitoring

· Liaison with external auditors pertaining to statutory audit

· Liaison with tax agent on company taxation matters

· Liaise with company secretary, bankers, local authorities, and other relevant parties pertaining to finance and account related matters

• Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Familiar to MOM rules & regulations is a preferred.
• At least 3 years of human resource and accounting experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in HR, Payroll or Accounting software/system. (Infotech, E-Retail, MYOB)
• Well verse in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counter-part.
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills to prioritise tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
• Attention to details, possesses positive can-do attitude and willing to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Create SKU, Onboarding Vendor and track orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain and update supplier records, contracts, and price lists.
• Resolve any discrepancies related to orders, invoices, or deliveries with suppliers

Accounts Assistance:

• Assist in processing supplier invoices, and ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders and delivery notes in the system.
• Assist in making payments to vendor
• Processing Claims
• Support the month-end closing process by preparing necessary reports and reconciliations.
• And other Admin duties

Requirements:

• ITE Certificate OR at least 5 Years relevant Finance & Accounting Experience
• Good Command of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
• Strong, Good & Strategic Team Player yet able to work Independently
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Must be Meticulous & Always Accurate for all work done
• Quick-Thinking, Versatility to be able to Solve Problems
• Highly-Motivated & Experience in F&B Industry would be an advantage
• Ability to start ASAP would be an advantage
