Human Resource Assistant ( 5 day week – Jurong East)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

• Prepare monthly payroll for supporting companies

• New employee onboarding process – prepare letter of appointment, conduct briefing

• Process work passes application (WP, SPass, EP), renewal, and cancellation.

•Prepare headcount working hours reports for billings & other admin duties or tasks as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in job postings and applicant tracking using ATS across various job portals to attract suitable candidates.

- Source and screen job candidates to identify potential fits for the company.

- Reference checking and background screening of job applicants

- Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessment tests to assist in the selection process.

- Apply for levy fee and waiver applications as required.

Handle Payroll process and government claims

· Manage work pass applications and renewal of passes

· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

· Conducts new-employee orientations and employee relations counseling

· Establishes and maintains department records and reports.

· Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness

· Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

· Handle MOM, CPF, IRAS and related government agencies on HR matters

· Liaison with clients on the HR and work permit documentations.

· Assist in all other department activities.
