Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive, Ticketing (9-month contract) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support in ticketing related matters which including the support of major events within the Sports Hub, as well as ticketing housekeeping matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for all events regarding seats & tickets matters.
• Liaise with sales, venues, ticket agents and other stakeholders to advise and manage ticketing for all events. Liaise with ticketing agent and venue management to facilitate pre-event planning and ticketing setup.

About co11ab

co11ab is a BioMedtech incubator, established jointly between the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore), the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR), and the National Healthcare Group (NHG). Co11ab’s mission is to nurture and support the translational development of biomedical technologies by incubating early stage spin-outs and facilitating their development into more established companies. co11ab is physically located in Clinical Sciences Building, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU Novena Campus. Co11ab is directed by the Executive Director, assisted in day-to-day running of the operation by an Administrative Team of four persons, including the Assistant Executive, who are in turn supported by the admin infrastructure of NTU’s Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Executive will provide assistance to the Executive Director (ED) and support to the Administration Team in the day-to-day management of co11ab’s operations as directed by the ED. The support will be in multiple areas such as digital marketing, clerical duties, records maintenance, routine upkeep of non-scientific facilities, meetings and events management, and basic administrative support to co11ab’s members (start-up companies). NTU Shared Services (NSS) is a centralized unit within Nanyang Technological University (NTU) that provides a wide range of administrative, operational, and support services to various departments and units within the university. The NSS Technical Support Executive is responsible for providing effective IT/AV technical support role, in relation to the generic desktop/ laptop PCs, mobile devices, Audio Visual (AV) equipment, as well as NTU campus software. This position is supported by a Tier III grant to establish a Climate Transformation Programme (CTP) at NTU. As part of this programme, the Climate Finance Cluster will assess the multifaceted business risks posed by the physical impacts of climate change, narrow the protection gap, and facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy.

The Senior Research Fellow will be responsible for developing procedures to measure and price risks arising from climate change suitable for each company so that climate risk can be managed by companies and hedged by investors, and seeing this work through to publication in major research journals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use computational linguistic tools and machine learning techniques to analyze discussions on climate change in corporate social responsibility reports, conference call transcripts, and the Management Discussion and Analysis section of companies’ annual reports
