4. Other Account Payable, reporting and ad-hoc tasks

• To submit the deposit/Advance invoice request via the related SharePoint (Dior TR & Asia Agent)
• To provide to controlling Team the monthly extraction of the P&L actual report on closing day
• To check supporting documents and create new Staff code in SAP
• To prepare local spending for Purchasing
• Liaise with Controllers to follow up on all open POs (all brands)
• Amex Report & Invoice Extraction, provide posting details and accrual file with pending items.
• Invite & guide existing vendors to join e-portal

Senior Cook Job description

The Senior cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer. Previous experience in a team environment and various cooking methods preferred.

Expectations of a Media Executive:

Planning

• Assist the Manager to manage channel/ platform recommendations and coordinate campaign assets delivery
• Liaise and coordinate with media owners for media proposals
• Engage clients on day-to-day operations, campaign optimisation and pacing updates and various campaign reports

Buying

• Book ads – both managed service and self-service across various platforms
• Liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission
• Digital ad ops (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, ensuring campaign taxonomies are in place, ensure ads are set up on time and pacing properly);
• Global ops (adhering and following globally set parameters and campaign execution processes while also guiding others);
• Daily monitoring of campaign performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc.);
