Essentials (Requirements)

Job Requirements

· Minimum 'O' Level

· Preferred some years of working experience in the related field for this position

· Good working attitude with a positive mindset, good communications skills, problem/dispute handling

· Knowledge of sea/air shipment procedures/processes

· Basic knowledge of dangerous goods compliance

· Knowledge of portnet/tradenet will be an advantage

· Knowledge of costing/pricing will be an advantage

· Team player, able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated and task-orientated

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Being Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage

• Experience in procurement activities either for Medical Equipment, Medical Supplies, Non-Medical Supplies and Facility Services, Manpower Services Contracts and Service Level Agreements.

Requirements:

• Degree with minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels.
• Proficient in SAP MM Module/ARIBA would be an advantage.
• Government procurement experience would be a plus
