Job Description

• Position: Accounts Executive (Full Sets)
• Well Established Singapore Based Accounting and Management Consultancy SME
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Year End Bonus
• Working hours: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
• Working Location: Chinatown
• Outpatient Medical and Dental Insurance Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Accounting and Management Consultancy Firm

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage Assignments and Deadlines.
• Prepare Financial accounts and reports (GL, AR, AP).
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Prepare corporate and individual tax.
• Prepare corporate secretarial documents.
• Liaise with clients on queries and problem solving.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word.
• Experience in accounting software - QBO, Xero, MYOB is an added advantage.
• Exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards or Singapore Financial Reporting Standards is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit new and existing clients
• Increase client base through cold calling and industry expansion
• Examine and investigate emerging industries
• Offer clients post-purchase assistance
• Communicate with vendors for project sales
• Conduct a fundamental spray demonstration in the testing facility

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronic or it’s equivalent
• At least one year related outdoor technical sales experience
• Previous sales experience in fluid control products is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• ‘O’ Level and above
• Excellent in communication skills, good personality and convincing power.
• Experience in ERP/NAV system.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
