Looking for Event Coordinator Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating Client Orders: Promptly coordinate client orders to ensure timely processing.
2. Record Keeping: Organize and maintain Excel records, along with other administrative duties as necessary.
3. Event Materials: Handle the preparation and printing of materials needed for events.
4. Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain warehouse equipment and supplies in good working order.
5. Equipment Cleanliness: Ensure all equipment and vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
6. Supplier and Client Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, clients, and colleagues to ensure effective coordination.

Skills:

1. Customer Service: Utilize customer service-oriented soft skills to effectively coordinate with clients.
2. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for organizing records and performing administrative tasks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth as hunter role.
• Maintain and update customer and prospect CRM database to stay organized and informed.
• Identify potential customers and opportunities for market share growth through market research and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales activities, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals.

• Research hardware and software solutions and create plans, including layouts and product specifications, for all data communication networks resulting from meeting
• Present findings in report format to appropriate personnel and explain how the new communications network will address current issues
• Secure all hardware and software required for network solutions or supervise network administrator tasked with securing all hardware and software
• Plan out network installation and/or upgrade project, assign milestone tasks to support personnel and meet company deadlines for full implementation, including network and user station set-ups and permissions, installation of all software and end-user security
• Assign and supervise network support staff in their daily activities and during special projects

Requirements

• Min Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical / Material Science/ Physics. Other relevant majors can also be considered.
• Experience in automatic machine setup, optimization and automation troubleshooting, yield improvement etc in any high volume precision manufacturing/assembly industry or Semicon industry.
• Possess good knowledge or experience in CMOS camera assembly and/or 3D sensor calibration will be added advantage
• Experience in statistical data analysis, data modeling and DOE
• Good communication & presentation skills
