We are looking for a strong Senior Game Programmer for our Singapore game studio (handling prototyping) to develop awesome mobile games.
Responsibilities:
- Push visual quality of our games using various rendering techniques while maintaining performance on mobile devices.
- Define and implement LOD strategies for high and low end devices.
- Write performant custom shaders
- Use of lighting, postprocessing to achieve desired visuals.
- Optimize existing rendering implementations
- Write and maintain tools and pipelines to support the art team
- Define technical constraints for art team to produce content
- Handle client build machine, setting up and doing the configuration for Google play publishing, debug and test the game application's licensing implementation, prior to publishing the application
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Computer Science or Computing etc
- Passion for making and playing mobile games
- Development experience for iOS and Android
- Good understanding of CS fundamentals and current development methodologies, patterns and best practices
- Experience with Unity and C#
- Design, write and maintain high quality code
- Able to test, debug and optimize existing code base and game features
- Able to multitask and take on many different areas of development
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience shipping and supporting mobile game titles will be advantageous
- Experience with version control systems
- Familiar with implementing client / server architecture
