Job Scope:

· Create visually appealing and engaging graphics, decks, videos, animations, and other branding elements that can be used to excite and energize audiences across various platforms (e.g. mobilizing efforts for the PST movement, intranet/internet portals, social media)

· Maintain and update resources on intranet portals related to PST

· Provide administrative support for various efforts in mobilizing the PST movement

· Assist in the implementation and analysis of surveys related to PST

· Support the Director with secretarial duties as necessary, e.g. note-taking, scheduling appointments, etc

· Provide support for any additional tasks that may arise from time to time

Requirements:

· Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including decks, videos, animations, and other visual elements

· Keen eye for detail and ability to ensure that all work adheres to the agency's brand guidelines

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

· Strong team player with a positive work ethic and attitude

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software, with experience in video editing being a plus

· Possesses competencies in organizational, communication, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, flexibility, and confidentiality

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and adaptation of new designs for next-generation semiconductor equipment within a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop embedded systems supporting real-time distributed control, multiprocessing, and data analysis.
• Design power electronics and controls for motors, actuators, and transducers, including servo drive, discrete power amplifier, and power supply design.
• Conduct multilayer PCB design and verification using Altium Designer®.
• Design continuous-flex cables for interconnecting bonder systems using Zuken™ E3.cable.
• Coordinate the production release of PCB and cable designs via Siemens Teamcenter®.
• Draft specifications and documentation for new designs.
• Perform bench and lab testing at both the board and machine integration levels.
• Execute bring-up, troubleshooting, and debugging of prototypes.
• Provide support for production/field issues related to system/subsystem challenges within cross-functional groups.
• Conduct engineering verification and set up/execute reliability testing plans.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

• Bacherlor in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience or Masters with at least 3 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of PID controls and feedback theory.
• Experience with PCB design, including component libraries, schematic capture, and layout. Altium Designer® experience is advantageous.
• Experience with cable design for continuous-flex applications. Zuken™ E3 experience is a plus.
• Experience with microcontrollers and firmware programming using C.
• Experience working with debuggers is beneficial.
• Experience reading and writing technical specifications.
• Experience with FPGAs and HDL, including IP integration, RTL simulation, and timing analysis.
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and current/differential probes.
• Knowledge of various motor applications, including DC servo motors, 3-phase linear motors, stepper motors, voice coil motors, etc.
• Knowledge of VME, PCIe, RS485, Ethernet, LVDS, and Serdes is a plus.
• Knowledge of machine-level electrical system architecture design is advantageous.

• Handle day-to-day grant-related financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing, and preparation of the monthly and year-end audit schedules
• Liaise with various departments in the collection of information and documents
• Prepare payroll certification for manpower claims
• Process claim submissions to funding organisations for funded projects
• Monitor funding accounts receivables for payment and follow up on collections
• Follow up with project teams on accounts with cost overruns
• Prepare monthly or quarterly report and statement to account owners
• Investigate and resolve user’s queries
• Prepare grant-related GST, corporate tax and other statistical submissions
• Process grant-related internal charge and reclassification requests
• Identify and perform clearing of offsetting transactions for grant-related balance sheet accounts
• Assist on grant-related internal and external audit matters
• Participate in process improvement projects
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Accountancy
• Higher qualified/experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior Assistant Executive position
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills; ability to communicate with various departments and levels
• Independent, meticulous and with positive attitude
