In this role, you will jointly contribute to functions of Partnerships, Events, Public Relations, communications, and social media, including KOL management. As a key member of the marketing department, you will report directly to a Senior Marketing Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing end-to-end acquisition strategies for partnerships, events, public relation, communications, and social media to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Assist in collaborating with external vendors and regional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
• Support in optimizing processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall team efficiency.
• Experience in digital acquisition strategies, campaign set up, and demonstrate an understanding of the digital landscape.
• Contribute to the development of events with a clear focus on return on investment.

Events

End-to-End Execution: Provide support in overseeing the planning and execution of events from conceptualization to post-event analysis.

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management

Identification: Assist in identifying, engaging and maintaining relationship with key opinion leaders and influencers in the fitness and wellness industry.

Social Media

Content Strategy: Assist in developing a comprehensive content strategy with our content creator that aligns with the brand's voice.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven track record in marketing, focusing on partnerships, public relation, comms, and social media management.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative team environment and contribute to a culture of high performance.
• Possess proficiency in marketing operations, project management, and the ability to optimize processes for efficiency.
• Applied experience in digital acquisition strategies, campaign set up, and a good understanding of the digital landscape.
• Familiarity with the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.

What the role involves:

1. Handle ocean import process (communicate with customer, data entry, raise payment voucher, arrange transportation)
2. Arrange payments with Carrier / Co-loader upon receipt of Arrival Notices from Carriers / Co-loaders.
3. Process / input data of incoming shipments in Yunas system.
4. Sending Arrival Notice to customers, and liaise for clearance and delivery instructions
5. Arrange for insurance coverage in required by customers
6. Arrange clearance documents and liaise with transporters for delivery arrangement
7. Follow-up on the arrival of shipment, and delivery process
8. Liaise with customers / carriers / co-loaders if there is any discrepancy to the cargoes upon clearance
9. Raise invoices and dispatch to customer, and follow-up with customers if there is any discrepancy
10. Extract data for simple report (Excel) if required by customers

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1. Minimum O level and above
2. 1 Year of Experience preferably in freight forwarding or shipping.
3. Good communication skill and a team player with positive working attitude

What you will do:

• Ensure smooth running of payroll cycles, overall HR and daily administration
• Responsible for creation, deployment and review of the recruitment strategy
• Work with the management on recruitment and talent management
• Advise employees on HR and other admin matters (leaves, recruitment, payroll, retention, insurance etc)

Payroll

• Process monthly payroll
• Verify reports submitted by restaurant managers including number of hours to pay, overtime payment, shift payment, commission and deductions
• Process and submit monthly CPF, SDL and FWL payments
• Process employee IR8A statement annually

Talent Management

• Managing performance at various points of an employee such as regular reviews and confirmations
• Spearhead and administer the annual appraisal exercise
• Manage leave balances and other benefits
• Review and manage employee’s incentive structure and welfare
• Create and administer the internship and apprenticeship programs with all relevant educational institutes and government bodies
• Create and deploy training programmes including WSQ courses among others

HR Administration

• Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes such as lockers, uniforms, name tags, and name cards
• Ensure maintenance of updated information of employees in P-files
• Apply, renew and cancel work passes for foreign applicants
• Source, screen and interview candidates through every available channel
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Manage employees disciplinary, grievances, termination and resignation procedures
• Other admin tasks as assigned

• Launch initiatives to improve employer branding

The Person:

• Preferably has HR experience in the F&B industry

1. Preparation of maintenance schedule according to clients master schedule.

2. Preparation of progress report and submission

4. Technical assessment of systems and introduction of retrofit / replacement recommendation to clients

5. On the job risk analysis and preparation of risk assessment procedure.

6. Preparation of method of statement / process for presentation to clients.

7. Perform checks and inspections of entire systems including control parameters attendance.

8. Troubleshooting of fault / breakdowns and rectification according to authorities / clients requirement.

9. Perform full set of testing complying to authorities / clients requirement.

10. Perform maintenance program and complying to authorities / clients requirementt.

11. Attendance of meeting and or site survey with clients.

12. Submission of quotations / costing to clients within stimulated time frame.

13. Maintenance of good public relationship with vendors / clients.

14. Logistic and manpower planning and arrangement.
