Summary

You will be working with our client who specialises in the healthcare and technology space. You will be part of the Windows team where you will undertakes complex projects related to systems provisioning, installations, configurations as well as monitoring and maintenance. You will be responsible for systems administration, continuous optimisation of systems performances, implements systems improvements and collaborate with other team members in the resolution of complex issues. You will also be required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems performance and usage, including response times
• Supervise backups, optimisation, initiation of recovery procedures and routine troubleshooting
• Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure systems integrity and security
• Determine the systems’ short- and long-term requirements
• Manage systems report production
• Advise senior leaders on system concepts and functional capabilities
• Provide technical advice to the team and clients on installation, setup, configuration of systems
• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
• Implement plans to make systems available to users in a shared, secure and controlled manner
• Lead the development of new systems as per the system requirements
• Design security and integrity controls
• Conduct new systems testing and implementation
• Define the system maintenance procedures
• Analyse the use of new systems to identify enhancement needs
• Lead research initiatives for the development of advanced and automated approaches for system administration
• Seek opportunities to optimise the delivery of systems services with emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability, and security
• Conduct regular system audits and upgrades
• Develop automated processes to define, measure, and report on service quality, stability and capacity
• Oversee the assessment of risks to systems
• Identify complex system issues to provide advisory to the stakeholders
• Investigate cause of systems issues
• Resolve complex issues
• Provide escalation support for issues presented by the user

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining Windows OS platform, Windows systems and VMware
• Prior experiences in fulfilling ticket requests, maintenance as BAU and supporting large numbers of servers
• Prior experiences in Powershell scripting and/or cloud service related experience
• Good knowledge to Microsoft and AWS product / services
• Professional Certifications in Microsoft / Azure, Vmware Vsphere , AWS and/or other relevant IT skills would be advantageous

Overview:

Monday to Thursday : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing all frontline operation in an efficient manner.
• To meet Customer requirements and Principal standard.
• To achieve KPIs target set for all Upselling Programs.
• Liaise with the Workshop-in-charge at all times to ensure smooth process flow until the vehicle has delivery after repair.
• Coordinate service operation matters with other franchises (Ad hoc basis).
• Manage WIP invoicing.
• Achieving quality service and maintaining good customer relations.
• Attend to all complaint/feedback related to customer issue.
• Monitor KPIs target set for all the up-selling program and take initiative to meet or exceed the targets.
• Assist in rolling out new program to up-sell new product within the centre.

Job Requirements:

Purpose

Responsible for the provision of case management services and support for persons in recovery from mental health conditions/possible mental health conditions, and their caregivers.

Core Duties:

• Case management, implement and coordinate follow-ups with case plans
• Conduct home visits to clients and caregivers where necessary
• Provide individual and family counselling, group work and support
• Administrative support, to write case recordings, case reports and correspondence to agencies
• Collect and verify client-related information and compile updated records for reporting
• Outreach involvement, to conduct in-house and external talks, man information booths to promote SAMH services and to raise awareness of mental health concerns
• To collaborate with and support other SAMH programmes or projects when required
• Provide guidance for case management practices and facilitate the development of staff’s growth with agency
• Other administrative and support duties assigned

Qualifications

• At least a recognized Basic/Honours Degree in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology
• 3 to 5 years of direct case management intervention experience in social service/mental health setting, preferably in social or counselling work
• Experience in supervisory role in the area of clinical management of persons with mental health conditions will be preferred
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin with the clients
