Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support general human resource functions. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in HR, covering areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee management. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a dynamic environment and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize internal events.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
