Job Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth.
· Establish and manage relationships to achieve sales KPIs.
· Negotiate business terms with key customers.
· Monitor and analyse industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities supported with data analysis.
· Plan, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
· Prepare sales forecast and work with supply chain on order planning from HQ.
· Analyse sales data and prepare relevant reports for management decision making.
· Lead and manage team of Merchandisers and Promoters
· Plan job scope and schedule for Merchandisers and Promoters.
· Establish and maintain good relationship with outlet personnels to facilitate promotional activities.
· Negotiate with outlet on space buy rental.
· Analyse and evaluate existing and new space buy rental proposal.
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Required Skills:
· Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in modern trade food sales.
· Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course.
· Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
· Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
· Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making and persuade others.
· Positive, motivated attitude.
· Ability to work independently, effectively managing time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
