JOB PURPOSE: (Role Summary)

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting the Senior Accounts Executive in all aspects of day-to-day accounting functions and operational activities. This position reports to the Senior Accounts Executive and to the Company Accounts and Finance Head.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The responsibilities shall mainly include:

Accounts

1.Accounts payable review including:

a. Vendor Payments (starting from issue of PO, obtaining approval, vendor bill review, rebilling, payment monitoring, vendor account reconciliation and closure in Accounting system)

b. Expenses review (recording in Accounting systems, verification with policies, documentation and approvals review, etc.).

c. Salary (including yearly bonus) and reimbursement processing, verification and approval from management.

2. Petty Cash management

3. Supporting in closure of pending Sales orders, invoicing, documentation required thereof.

4. Bank statement and bank reconciliation review.

5. Ledger Scrutiny and reconciliation on monthly basis.

Statutory compliances

Annual Compliance management with statutory requirements (including applicable laws, Insurance, safety regulations, requirements of Ministry of Manpower, etc.)

GST compliance:

Supporting in preparation of GST working and submission of quarterly GST return.

Documentation review (e.g. Sign and stamp on delivery notes for zero rated sales)

HR

Documentation review of employees.

Leave and attendance record maintenance.

Administration

Processing of employee Visa application, Ministry of Manpower pass requirements, etc.

Inventory Management

Responsible to manage and review Inventory control in Zoho for receipts, issues, stock balance.

Review and monitoring of consistency between physical stock taking and accounting records.

Miscellaneous

Fixed Asset register including annual physical verification.

Maintenance and preparation of documentation including policies and processes.

MIS reporting as and when needed.

General

Liaising with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as Banks, Auditors, Recruitment Agencies, Vendors, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of accounts and General Ledger functions.
• Review all invoices, billings and receipts. Monitor the ageing report and follow up promptly.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management purposes, reconciliation, month end closing and maintenance of fixed asset register.
• Responsible for variance analysis, annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Income Tax computation and GST returns.
• Cash Management.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Reporting to the Accountant.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant full sets & GL experience.
• Able to work in fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines.

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: $3,800 - $4,200

The Senior Associate works with our private equity investment team to help with sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments. The Senior Associate will work closely with senior Novo Tellus management, portfolio companies, and external advisors to create and execute value creation strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

· Conducting market research, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities

· Evaluating and writing industry theme papers and company strategy and business plans

· Preparing investment memos, financial models, and deal presentations for internal and external stakeholders

· Supporting deal execution, negotiation, and closing processes

· Monitoring and reporting on the performance of portfolio companies and assisting with strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and exit planning

· Developing and maintaining strong relationships with industry players, intermediaries, and co-investors

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assisting the principal in his/her duties

2. Preparing design proposals using CAD, 3D modelling software, 3d rendering and/or traditional drawing methods

3. Site visits to obtain information such as site measurement, M&E information, photographs

4. Design lead in design development, materials/finishes/ffe proposal

5. Leading the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information

6. Co-ordinating and liaising with the various consultants on the project team for actualization of design intent;

7. Assisting in obtaining quotations from main contractors/sub-contractors, and relevant parties for project purposes

8. Leading the preparation of tender documentations and construction drawings

9. Leading construction detailing process and co-ordinating design information

10. Meeting and liasing with client and contractors / sub-contractors during construction stage

11. Monitoring quality of contractor’s works and to make clarifications on contractor’s queries

12. Administering accuracy of built works on site against original design intent

13. Client communication and management during construction stage

14. Solving problems that might occur during building/construction stage

15. Any other related work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean / Permanent Residents

• Minimum 7+ years experience in both design and documentation work for small to medium scale interior projects

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Bach. Degree in Architecture preferred

• Software proficiency requirement: Autocad, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to confidently, effectively and clearly communicate both verbally and in writing

• Planning and delegating work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business.
• Overseeing the staff for the smooth running of the restaurant.
• Assisting the HR team as well as the Restaurant Manager in the hiring process.
• Training new employees as per their abilities and skills.
• Maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers and vendors.
• Inspecting the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner.
• Conducting inspections of the restaurant kitchen and ensuring proper hygiene is maintained.
