• Coordinate travel arrangements (high volume) including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and visas for a team of 5 managers/directors
• Manage calendars to ensure effective scheduling and organization.
• Assist with expense preparation, submission, and tracking
• Review, record, and secure necessary approvals for invoice payments.
• Provide support for meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
• Professionally attend to and receive guests at the reception on the assigned floor when required.
• Assist with meeting room bookings and arrange refreshments as necessary.
• Gather and prepare company reports and presentations in advance of meetings.
• Manage team leave records and submission
• Input company meetings into the meetings system.
• Maintain records of travel and meetings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 5 -8 years of relevant experiences handling team administrations
• Proficient with travel arrangement and laising with corporate travel agent will be advantageous
• Proficient with mircrosoft office
• Team player
• Workday system knowledge will be advantageous but not a must
• Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
