Major Duties and Responsibilities

· To provide Account Management Services to the allocated Global Accounts from the Multinational Outwards Portfolio.

· To work with Chubb Business Solutions (CBS) team to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programmes are carried out in time and to a high level of quality.

· To be the focal point for all technical matters arising on multinational insurance programmes and to ensure that all Client Service Executives and Assistant Client Service Executives are fully aware of and in compliance of, all internal Chubb and external regulations on all accounts serviced by the Singapore Global Service team.

· To be the focal point for underwriters and all Chubb internal partners requiring advice on the servicing, support and control of multinational accounts.

· To attend client/broker meetings and support Chubb’s business development activities

· To ensure that Chubb’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programs.

· To provide advice and coaching where appropriate to the Client Service Executives and Assistant Client Service Executives.

· To build strong relationships with Clients, their brokers and become the focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.

· To work alongside the Global Client Executives and Underwriters on new business acquisitions and to develop our service proposition.

Requirements

· The ideal incumbent will have more than 5 years relevant Insurance qualifications or equivalent.

· Possess relevant knowledge on Multinational program arrangements and reinsurance agreements required between Affiliate and Non-affiliates.

· Demonstrated strong ability and technical competence especially Property and Casualty lines on servicing Multinational Business platform.

· Ability to monitor and report on adherence to service levels, understand production service issues and assist with resolution.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with in-country managers, partners, and brokers.

· Manage and responsible for the end to end process of Mulitnational programs handling.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will be involved in supporting the risk operations by conducting data analysis of large datasets to discover fraud trends and patterns, thereafter being involved in designing long-term solutions to fight fraud. The insights you provide will contribute towards optimizing risk management strategies and creating business value by enabling trust for our clients. Responsibilities include: 

• Handle end to end process from data analysis, deriving insights, summarizing, and presenting recommended actions to stakeholders in order for us to stay ahead of new and unknown fraud. 
• Monitor any new or existing implementations and/or deployments relating to risk, keeping up to date with the latest metrics of our clients and their respective potential fraud trends and analyses. 
• Timely response to alerts for any risk related escalations. 
• Deep dive investigation on potential issues such as changes to clients’ metrics (e.g., sudden dip or spike), communicate and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. 
• Optimize fraud detection by rapidly identifying emerging fraud trends through data-driven analysis in complex and large dataset such as device metadata, user data, payment data – and coming up with proposals to address them and preventing future occurrence. 

• At least 5 years of experience as a hands-on analyst with risk knowledge. 
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related fields. 
• Working experience in handling large-scale unstructured data. 
• Experience in using business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Qlik Sense. 
• Experience in SQL or other data handling tools a bonus. 
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-moving and dynamic environments, and take timely actions to prevent risk of fraud. 

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales and Distribution module in implementation, rollout or upgrade. S/4Hana & ECC experience expected.
• Understand business requirements and leverage SAP best practices to establish standard procedures for clients.
• Configure order to cash processes including Sales, Delivery and Billing documents.
• Exposure to or experience in SD-CS is advantageous.
• Customize sales and distribution settings including pricing, outputs, texts and others.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Integrate SD with other modules like FICO, MM, WM, PP, QM and PS.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP environment, ideally consulting, with a strong functional and/or technical background.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
• SAP Certification is an advantage.
• Eloquent and fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Analytical and problem-solving with the desire to develop your own skills and talents.
