Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive credit reviews of customer loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with MAS and AML policies and guidelines.
• Audit new and existing block discounting loans according to the Block Discounting Policy.
• Assess clients' financial status, credit ratings, and related data for new and ongoing corporate loans, providing recommendations for credit proposals.
• Send letters and reminders to clients and guarantors requesting updated financial statements, income details, or other necessary information.
• Evaluate and report on the conduct and repayment capability of borrowers and their associated group of accounts.
• Monitor and report on changes in the structure or ownership of borrowing accounts.
• Assess and report on the current valuation of collateral and insurance coverage for secured assets.
• Follow up on any outstanding issues after conducting reviews.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience handling Credit Risk or Credit Review in a Bank or Financial Institution
• Good team player and able to work independently.
• Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.

Job scope

Tracking and submission of documentation related to material movement (P.O / D.O).

Update reports on inventory and highlight any discrepancies.

Verify purchases and storage of inventory.

Facilitate enquiries with regards to office, equipment and inventory.

Allocate and direct manpower according to fleet schedule.

Submission and approval of personnel for clearance matters.

Generation and verification of temporary passes.
