Job Descriptions

•  To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g., incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers)
•  Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
•  Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
•  Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
