1. Reporting Officer
You will report to the General Manager for all matters relevant to this role.
2. Duties
Outreach, Development and Mentorship Programme
• Guide Mentors in crafting case plans using CANS assessment tool
• Provide regular clinical supervision for Mentors and review intervention and goals periodically
• Monitor social reports and documentation to ensure that they are in place and up-to-date
• Conduct regular workshops to build up staff competency including professional boundary and ethics
• Network with community partners and collaborate in areas where holistic support to beneficiaries can be provided
• Oversee project work and outreach, which include programme management, development and evaluation
• Conduct needs assessment and risk assessment for complex cases
• Supervise students on field placement
• Monitor the application of principles and protocols as guided by professional Code of Ethics, identify and respond to ethical concerns in practice
• Identify gaps and trends in research and practice
3. Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Social Work / Graduate Diploma in Social Work
• Preferably a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW)
• Knowledge of specialised theories and techniques and to customise the use of tools and approaches for therapeutic outcomes
• Ability to articulate clinical outcomes to deliver, monitor and evaluate group work
• Resourceful; able to tap on network of key partners to garner resources for social service outcome
• At least 3 years’ experience in social work with 2 years’ of supervisory experience
• Able to work in the evenings and one weekend.

· Resourceful and able to tap on available resources to solve issues
· Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes to meet the needs of the organisation
· IT savvy and comfortable with collaborative technologies to support team communication
