Working Hours:

• 5½ Day Work Week:Weekdays: Monday, Thursday, Friday (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM); Tuesday (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM).
  Weekends: Saturday & Sunday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
  
• 1-Hour break on weekends and 30-minute breaks on weekdays (except Tuesday).

1. Responsible for arranging all of the incoming shipments, including prepare purchase request, estimated landed cost, purchase order.

2. Track the incoming shipment status and timely update to sales team/customer, prepare VAT/import documents for clearance purpose.

3. Responsible for communicating and connecting with the factory, and coordinating the shipment of goods; manage of custom clearance agency and ensure goods will be clear out in time without additional charge, dealing with warehouse team for import shipment unloading and goods receiving.

4. Sample request from supplier, prepare related data and submit into system, track the sample status.

5. Conduct statistics on the foreign trade receipt ledger and follow up on the payment status of orders.

6. Warehouse management, manage daily warehouse movement, ensure warehouse goods are in good condition, physical stock is always same with ERP system.

7. Processing purchase order from customer including record in ERP system, arrange delivery, checking the payment status and follow up regularly with seller/customer.

8. Coordinate with warehouse team for outbound activities, ensure warehouse team picking and packing as our delivery request.

9. Manage the delivery service, ensure customer ordered goods deliver to customer with good condition, meet requested delivery time and other requirements.

10. Assist seller on monitor inventory movement and order status, remind seller for slow moving stock and help to follow up with customer for repeat order status.

11. Complete other transactional tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above,

2. Graduates majoring in logistics management, international trade and Business English are preferred.

3. Priority given to those with experience in tracking large customers, foreign trade, and freight forwarding.

4. Proficient in English, familiar with daily communication foreign languages, able to communicate fluently with foreign clients.

5. Proficient in using office software such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc;

6. Have a spirit of teamwork and mutual assistance, and be able to closely cooperate and collaborate with relevant departments.

7. Clear, meticulous, and organized thinking.

RESPONSIBILITY

· Experience in pre & post contract administration

· Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / quantity take off / cost evaluation

· Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers

· Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off

· Prepare Variation Orders, claims and final accounts,

· Prepare sub contracts and sub-contractor payments

· Manage team of junior Quantity Surveyor

· Competent in completing required obligations within stipulated timings and other constraints.

· Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent

· Able to work independently

· At least 5 years of working experience with main contractor

Requirement:

Job Description

You'll work closely with teammates to deliver cool high scale product features. You'll partner with your product owners, teammates and cross functional teams around the company to identify problems and build solutions that benefit all of FairPrice/NTUC engineers. This role will be part of a new ‘startup’ within Fairprice that is operating in stealth mode.

You will design, implement and test robust backend applications that will help to run our FairPrice online/physical store and food services. Write clean code that’s testable, maintainable, solves the right problem and does it well. Actually, the code you can be proud of.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and manage backend services to solve complex problems.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable solutions.
• Design and or drive the documentation of existing microservices’ API contracts or new microservices.
• Participate in reviewing existing microservices’ scalability and performance, help identify bottlenecks and resolve them.
• Actively participate in team discussions to drive problem-solving.
• Work closely with Team Leads to help break down high-level requirements to technical requirements.
• Write and maintain test cases with the right approach needed to ensure good coverage and quality.
• Build, maintain, and drive monitoring for critical transactions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Min 5 years experience in developing backend applications
• Experience or knowledge in Golang is a Plus Point
• Knowledgeable and experienced in building Service Oriented Architecture based application

• Strong experience building applications using microservice architecture
