Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of the payroll includes accurate and timely processing of payroll, CPF submission, income tax preparation and submission, reservists’ pay and all other claims, reconciliation of the monthly payroll reports, audit matters and all other payroll-related matters.
• Develop succession plans and creation of development opportunities for staff with leadership potential.
• Ensure best practices in recruitment and talent management.
• HR administration such as system input, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation.
• Handle all work passes and work permit application/renewal/cancellation including MYE matters, dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Core-trade, levy waiver, medical check-up for new hire and monthly renewal workers.
• Administration of employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others.
• Attendance checking and overtime processing.
• Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management whenever required.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 2 years as a HR Generalist with payroll processing experience.
• Prefer candidates who has minimum 2 years experience in Construction Sector.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and InfoTech.
• Willing to work at Gul Circle.
• Prefer candidates who stay in the West Region Singapore.
• Compensation will commensurate with experience.

This role reports to the Financial Controller with the following responsibilities:

• Work closely with all stakeholders in respect of cost accounting and financial function
• Understand and define appropriate cost drivers to enable accurate planning and absorption of production overhead costs
• Responsible for the general ledger function and work closely with all stakeholders to review and ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
• Oversee the booking and recognition of revenue and sales invoicing function and work with all stakeholders to ensure timely accounts receivables collection
• Support month end financial analyses and ensure timely submission of internal and government statistics
• Support the review and implementation of internal control procedures at operational sites
• Prepare annual budget, forecast, CAPEX proposal and financing
• Assist management in setting and tracking KPI measures and performance
• Supervise Finance staff and manage their performance

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 4 years experience (preferably with audit experience from Big 4)
• Preferably someone with experience in the manufacturing industry
