This role is mainly account management of existing clients, however building relationships with existing clients and business development is required too. This role will work closely with inside sales and customer support to service clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Managing existing customers by increasing trade volume.
• Cold call and visit potential customers and provide quotations and proposals.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales report.
• Work closely with operations/sales/accounts teams.

• Preferably with 1 to 2 year(s) of Sales working experience
• Good organizational and co-ordination skills.

You will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing team. You will work closely with the Company Manager and Marketing Manager in the implementation of effective sales, business development and marketing for Gateway Arts’ programmes including activities, workshops and theatre productions. You will gain valuable experience in sales, business development, marketing strategy planning, problem solving and interpersonal relationship skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Gateway Arts’ programmes.

· Responsible for programmes sales and marketing including direct marketing/selling to schools, corporations and groups to achieve optimal attendance and ticket sales.

· Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of effective sales/business plans and sales strategy including but not limited to business/sales decks and proposals.

· Assist and support the Marketing team in the development and execution of effective sales strategy and marketing campaigns for Gateway Arts’ programmes to improve brand visibility, awareness and recollection.

· Responsible for school, corporation and group bookings including end-to end marketing/sales process.

· Responsible for following up, processing and managing tickets for donors, partners, sponsors, groups, schools, cast, crew, creatives, management and staff.

· Market research and analysis including research on and explore existing and potential marketing channels, and research on industry news and trends.

· Record and analyse data from existing marketing channels, and offer insights, focused on increasing audience engagement and conversion.

· Assist in ticket inventory management to maximise ticket sales.

· Handle the allotment of internal orders, sponsors fulfilment and ticket distribution.

· Assist in processing tickets and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

· Liaise with school representative to organise arrival and dismissal of students on show days.

· Coordinate with ticketing agent to manage door sales.

· Handle the front-of-house for Gateway Arts’ programmes.

· Work closely with venue front-of-house manager to deliver a smooth audience experience.

· Handle and resolve audience enquiries/ feedback on the ground.

· Research and document media coverage of Gateway Arts’ programmes.

· Maintain marketing documents and administrative archiving in good order.

· Support Gateway Arts’ special projects, events, and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass/Marketing Communications, Arts Management, or related fields.

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

The Agency forCare Effectiveness (ACE) is a Health Technology Assessment (HTA) entity within MOH. The role of ACE is to a) support national policy decision making through evidence-based assessments and appraisals; b) produce national Guidance on appropriate, clinically and cost-effective patient care; and c) design and deliver interventions to ensure maximum value for the system and patients.

Within ACE, the value-based pricing (VBP) unit is responsible for negotiating with companies to achieve prices for health technologies under consideration by MOH’s advisory committees for eligibility to receive government subsidies that are better commensurate with the value these health technologies bring to patients in Singapore.

As a Specialist/Senior Specialist (VBP), you will be part of a team responsible for:

• Engaging companies in negotiations and discussions
• Supporting the development of health technology assessments and guidance documents
• Implementing and monitoring of subsidised health technologies that undergonethe VBP process in the public healthcare institutions
• Developing and maintaining templates for reporting and presenting outcomes achieved by the VBP team
• Analysing market trends for pharmaceuticals and medical technologies using through published reports, data and statistics
• Generate market forecasts for health technologies under evaluation to anticipate future trends
• Developing strategies to inform negotiations with companies
• Ensuring adherence of VBP processes to Standard Operating Procedure
• Managing databases for drug and medical technology utilisation toextract relevant data for technologies under evaluation for subsidy.
• General data management and analyses
• Preparing Health Technology Assessment reports to support decision making by MOH’s advisory committees.

Engage companies in VBP discussions

• Analyse pharmaceuticals’ market through published reports, data and statistics
• Assess future trends
• Develop briefs to facilitate pricing discussions with companies
• Ensure adherence of VBP processes to Standard Operating Procedure

Support drug technology assessment and guidance development

• Manage drugutilisation databases to extract relevant drug utilisation data for all technologies that have been selected for assessments
• Clean data in timely and accurate manner
• Prepare technology briefs, describing volume utilisation, prices and budget impact, to support evaluation report

Implement VBP items at the public healthcareinstitutions

• Work withexternal stakeholders to facilitate downstream procurement and inventory management
• Continually evaluate and evolve VBP workflows to maximise efficiency

Monitor impact of VBP

• Project VBP outcomes in terms of cost avoidance to system and implications for patients
• Draft reports and provide updates to ACE Senior Management and MOH on outcomes every 6 months

Others

• Carry out VBP secretariat duties in a timely manner
• Coordinate meetings, including organising agenda, collating supporting documents, and writing minutes following meetings
• Provide timely response when required to adhoc questions on prices and market trends
• Coordinate company submissions for all technologies that have been selected for assessments
• Coordinate annual price resubmission exercise with companies and collate submissions
• Work with staff and policymakers on a range of issues
