Main Responsibilities

1. Product Sales Management

• Solicit sales of products to customers by performing full range of sales activities - cold calls, routine visits, presenting, negotiating contracts, closing deals and routine follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager in the development of sales strategies (including pricing structure) and sales plan through information gathering and market intelligence in the course of interaction with customer, vendors and competitors.
• Perform tasks prescribed in the sales action plan to achieve goals and objectives such as sales target and service expectations.

2. Customer Management

• Create, develop, and maintain relationship with customers at all levels of the organizations for existing as well as other potential business for the organization.
• Identify key players in the decision making process and tailoring appropriate sales pitch to these players.
• Develop new client engagements, managing the relationship through every stage of the sales cycle.
• Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions and create opportunities.
• Manage and monitor customer’s satisfaction on service and product related issues; and resolve problems arising from them.

3. Vendor Management

• Establish, Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors by keeping an open line of communication through regular interaction and routine reporting, including price feedback, market situation and competition’s activities.

4. Business Development

• Provide useful inputs through market intelligence and information to the Sales Management in the effort to create new revenue generating opportunities.
• Generate and identify leads and establish contact with prospective customers and vendors.
• Grow existing accounts to full potential and generate maximum revenue on a long-term basis.

5. Account Management

• Assist Accounts Department in managing customers’ accounts such as monitoring account receivable and soliciting payment for overdue accounts; as well as evaluating new accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of communication projects and campaigns.
• Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance brand image and reputation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and content for communication materials.
• Write, edit, and proofread communication materials, including press releases, articles, and social media posts.
• Manage digital communication platforms, such as websites, blogs, and social media channels.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating media events and interviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the media and communications field.
• Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Communications, Media, or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 years of corporate communication & media relations experience.
• Ability to commence work within short notice will be ideal.

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Procurement Specialist to be part of their Procurement team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

The Responsible of Senior Procurement Specialist are:

• Responsible for tactical sourcing of new parts to new and existing approved vendor list suppliers
• Responsible for price analysis and lead time negotiation with new suppliers
• Responsible for the negotiation to ensure and improve suppliers' price competitiveness, lead-time and on time delivery
• Responsible for RFQ (Request For Quotation)
• Responsible for creating Supplier contracts and negotiating for the terms and maintain Agreements in SAP
• Responsible for vendor management to ensure approved vendors meet the delivery, quality and cost standards
• Responsible to provide customers with solutions and internal cross functional teams, for cost effectiveness

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 year of buying / sourcing experience
• Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
