1. Clerical work

· Issue invoices monthly

Job Purpose

The candidate will join the Group Sustainability Office and support the Chief Sustainability Officer in driving sustainability-related initiatives to meet both the regulatory requirement and voluntary ambition of achieving our mid-term and long-term sustainability targets. Responsibilities

• Define and monitor key environmental sustainability metrics with guidance from the management and Board Sustainability Committee
• Co-own the ESG Data Management System (DMS) with other key stakeholders as the main custodian of the corporate software
• Engage in yearly sustainability reporting procedures, encompassing disclosures in line with international Sustainability Frameworks
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to collect information and/or data for our Group Review, Sustainability Report, or periodic reporting to Temasek and relevant authorities
