Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate data entry of orders into Microsoft NAV system
• Pricing up of Quotations for Sales team for projects or box sales
• Supporting Sales Team with Documentation and Requirements pertaining to Sales RFPs / tenders
• Liaise with Suppliers and/or Vendors to obtain prices and lead-time.
• Follow up with Clients on quotes sent.
• Generate weekly and monthly Reports of pipeline and closed orders to reporting manager
• Answering phone calls for Sales and recording of incoming Enquiries and passing them to relevant sales executives
• Tracking of inbound enquiries and monitoring their progress
• Other general administrative support for the Sales team

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimally 1 year of related experience
• Required language(s): Fluent in English
• Required Skills (s): Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is an added advantage
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Must be organized, meticulous and patient
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

Contracting Strategy & Management:

• Lead the planning and development of contracting strategies for all terminals, ensuring alignment with project scope and contractor market insights. Involve early on, starting from the Investment Proposal stage.
• Oversee the contractor pre-qualification process.
• Set up contracts, manage scope changes, and address scheduling obstacles in close coordination with the Project Manager.
• Manage the entire tendering process up to contract awards.
• Develop contracting and sourcing plans while organizing tender boards in compliance with the Global Tender Procedure.

Supplier Management:

• Organize and conduct pre-qualification assessments for tenders.
• Ensure an updated list of qualified vendors and contractors is maintained.
• Conduct site visits for contractors involved in growth projects as required.

Contract Management:

• Ensure procurement contracts are implemented effectively, monitored, and fully utilized.
• Ensure contract availability and visibility, as well as compliance with procurement policies and principles.
• Evaluate supplier contracts with stakeholders and determine necessary adjustments or terminations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to negotiate Variation Orders for growth projects.

Purchase-to-Pay (P2P):

• Oversee and execute all stages of the P2P process (Request, Approve, Order, Expedite, Receive) to ensure timely delivery of services/products, leveraging the ERP system.
• For purchases exceeding SGD40K without framework agreements, manage the supplier selection process, including market analysis, development of RFIs and RFPs, conducting clarification meetings, and coordinating with internal partners.

Project & Category Strategy Development:

• Develop project and category strategies based on key procurement categories, conducting internal and external analyses to secure and sustain optimal business value in terms of cost, efficiency, and risk management.
• Ensure availability of goods and services according to budget and planning requirements.

Annual Procurement Plan:

• Execute terminal procurement plans and budgets.
• Perform spend analysis, contract reviews, and process improvement assessments, aligning initiatives with stakeholders.

Continuous Process Improvement:

• Regularly review S&P policies and systems to identify and recommend P2P process improvements to the Manager of S&P.

Performance Measurement:

• Monitor and analyze performance by measuring KPIs (e.g., P2P, savings, contractor safety) and provide recommendations for improvements.

Job Requirement:

• Solid commercial awareness with experience in Contract Law, including drafting contract/specification clauses.
• Proven track record in contract negotiations and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; decisive and proactive.
• Quick learner, team player, and able to work independently.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Contracting Management or Procurement.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

We are seeking a self-motivated, solution-oriented and experienced Senior DevOps to join our Product & Engineering Team.

In this role, you will

• Participate in Building and Executing Infra, DevSecOps roadmap
• Implement and operate our cloud infrastructure.
• Implement operational excellence practices to ensure reliability and security, and ability to dive in and debug live production systems, performance bottlenecks, spotting anomalous system behavior, and resolving root cause of incidents.
• Employ infrastructure as code paradigm to increase automation, scalability, and reliability
• Be active at a technical level, participating in design and code reviews and taking a hands-on role for strategically important technical initiatives
• Be the champion and enable DevOps and Shift left culture in close collaboration with Development Teams.
• You will introduce DevOps and Security practices as early as possible and develop mechanisms for gathering early and continuous feedback and preventing security issues.
• Improve performance and cost optimizations.
• Provide and operate internal tools for our developers.
• Support initiatives to improve system and service delivery through development
• Maintain tools to automate and monitor as much of the system as possible.
• Implement security controls, best practices and configuration management
• Drive DevOps, Security, SRE, Infra, Cloud best practices.
• Identifies and recommends long-term technologies of relevant company interest and proposes long-term strategy on cutting-edge trends and developments in area of expertise.

You will be a great match if you have:

• Experience in building and operating production-grade infra and systems on the cloud.
• Experience with AWS, Containers, Kubernetes, and Terraform and possess Cloud Certifications - eg: AWS Professional Certifications, CKAD etc.
• Experience with modern infrastructure and application development experience using public cloud primitives.
• Experience with building tools for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment systems.
• Experience with Observability stacks like DataDog, various SaaS and B-B Integrations.
• Familiar with DevSecOps principles for integrating security solutions in products like Github Actions, Helm, ArgoCD.
• Familiar with agile development practices and modern DevOps/SRE principles. You are familiar with infrastructure-as-code, continuous integration and delivery.
• Good understanding of the trade offs in DevOps, DevSecOps, AWS Cloud Infra roles.
• Good understanding of the principles, theories, and practices around software development.
• Good understanding of distributed architectures: You are up to speed on microservice and event processing architectures and technologies.
• Good understanding of security concepts eg: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Secure coding practices, OWASP, Secrets management, and Vulnerability remediation.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with agile development teams and able to communicate the language of software product delivery teams and work collaboratively to streamline DevOps workflows, reduce risks related to code development, system architecture and infrastructure.
• High adaptability to evolving security and business priorities quickly and effectively.
• Proven record with end to end troubleshooting.
• Software development experience or Computer Science background will be a plus
• Prior experience in Payments or e-commerce domains, high-security systems, modern data platforms and familiarity with one or more programming languages will be added advantages.
