Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support to directors and internal office employees of the Company
• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance of office facilities, including reception area, conference/meeting rooms, pantry and replenish of stationaries
• Assist with reception duties
• Manage telephone and email inquiries
• Maintain and update company’s mailing list, internal phone directories and other general administrative databases
• Organize and maintain of filing system of documents
• Administer travel insurance, including claims and renewals
• Coordinate management’s calendars and appointments with office vendors, suppliers, or contractors
• Organize flight and hotel/dining arrangements
• Assist with visa applications for business travel
• Preparation of Company gifts, Company DND and Research
• Ensure a comfortable office environment and serve refreshments to guests
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
