• Manage and control Profit & Loss as well as overall cost in central kitchen
• Generate the weekly sales report , Internal P&l account, wastage report and other account related reports as needed .

Requirement:

• Experience in accounting admin is a plus
• Strong computer literacy on Microsoft Office Excel especially Pivot and V-lookup functions as well as Microsoft Word.
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
