Role

You should be an experienced, broadly capable project and communications manager or director with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a PR agency or in-house, able to handle a wide range of assignments, projects and/or clients with a high degree of success and independence. ● Customer Liaison:

○ Liaise with B2B customers (mainly Japanese-speaking customers) for pre-departure, during their study tours, and post-programme customer service.
