• Responsible to site progress according to schedule set
• To lead a site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work
• To ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

a) Payroll and Reports

· Oversee monthly payroll and conduct overtime validation

· Overall in charge of the complete spectrum of HR function

· Maintain accurate records and reports

· Compliance with regulatory requirement in terms of CPF/Tax etc..

b) Recruitment / Hiring / Onboarding / Compliance

· Manage job postings and advertisements on various channels such as company job portal; high traffic flow websites, in accordance with the local regulations.

· Conduct interview with hiring managers for executive ranks and certain job personnel

· Participate in selection discussion and propose compensation package in accordance to acceptable pay range within company’s budget.

· Conduct reference checks and development recruitment strategies

· Management of employee’s retirement and re-employment beyond retirement age

· Design and implement orientation programs

· Integrate Safran leadership behaviors mindset to new employees and from supervisory level of personnel

· Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

· Administer annual performance appraisal documentation and process

e) Employee Development / Communications

· Ensure training records are updated in system with certificates and expiry dates

· Co-ordinate the utilization of government grants in training/development programs

· Provide coaching and mentoring to employees

f) Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

· Sponsors/support sponsors for various Safran HSE’s standards

· Organize and execute HSE programs to meet these standards

· Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies.

· Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations

Requirements for the Role:

a) Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management

b) A Seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years experiences in HR full scope including management responsibilities

c) A certification in HR domain would be a plus

Support the Product Business Development Team to Grow New Business Development

Supporting the execution of the Business Development Product Strategy and Growth;-

Identify, and work with Solutions Design to Implement Solution Standards, Processes, Tools and Templates aligned to Global/Regional SD Initiatives to enable and support efficiencies in Solution across APAC to;-

• Drive the definition of the Products Portfolio (current and future products) jointly with vertical markets, countries/clusters and other partners in order to support business growth, service quality or customer retention
• Develop and align related internal parties towards one agreed action plan / strategy around target products and business growth
• Support the regional organizational setup and Cluster/Country Structures for CL to achieve organizational efficiency
• Interface with key Global and Regional Customers to facilitate new business scoping, pricing and RFQ responses as well as defining project plans for implementation of customers’ requirements in the region
• Ensure a coordinated tender process including internal/external management of all matters of design, calculations, negotiations of logistic tenders for existing and target customers
• Review and counter sign regional tender submissions and customer logistics contracts with consideration of the existing and applicable approval framework
• Manage risk related to costs calculations and pricing through the entire proposal process

Skills and Qualification

• Experience in modern Warehouse and Distribution, Supply Chain design (automation and other modern warehousing innovation (robotics, digitalization) is preferred.
• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or relevant technical field.
• More than 8 years of relevant working experience in the logistics and supply chain industry; knowledge of 3PL, 4PL and LLP variations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with good commercial and technical understanding of CL
• Multi-tasking ability to work different programs and plans at the same time. Require hands-on approach and work under time pressure.
• Self-starter with positive attitude to overcome problems effectively and able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision

• Perform internal audits as per internal audit schedule in accordance to AS9100, and PART-21 Subpart G requirements OR AS9110C and P-145 requirements
• Manage the qualification and authorization of Technician, Inspector and Signatory (APU)/ Certifying Staff (ARU)
• Facilitate training management, by doing operator audits, manage operator certifications, stamp register control, product authorization matrix, and follow up of re-certification
• Support external audits, (Civil Aviation Authorities, customers and Certification bodies)
• Participate and contribute in Production Readiness Reviews & Participate in FAI reviews and verify FAI reports
• Perform Product audits in accordance to applicable Definition Files and Manufacturing Inspection Files
• Facilitate and participate in Analysis and Decision committee / Material Review board, related to product non conformity.
