Logistics

• Follow up on all import shipping documents from factories and update shipment details. Ensure shipment detail file is updated on a timely basis.
• Ensure all imports arrive on time by checking carriers’ website and follow up with 3PL for timely clearance

Requirements

1. Educational Background:

• Proven experience in driving brand growth in diverse markets, particularly in the APAC region.
• Experience working in the electronic industry is highly desirable.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - Accounting with expertise in tax matters to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in accounting and extensive experience with Singapore tax regulations, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring our tax matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage tax compliance, including preparation and submission of CIT and GST returns.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax-related documents and reports in accordance with Singapore tax regulations.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess the impact on the company's tax position.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and resolve any issues.
• Maintain and update internal tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ACRA requirements.
• Prepare and review tax-related financial statements and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to address tax-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting with a strong focus on Singapore tax matters (CIT, GST, ACAP).
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
