Job Description
To prepare documentation for tender submissions.
To develop tender strategies and oversee tender estimation responsibilities.
To coordinate with all parties to provide accurate analysis of the participated project, including collating critical information and preparing final submission documentation.
To lead and monitor the QS team for variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
To develop and improve departmental workflow and productivity.
To liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and
suppliers/vendors for project claims and cost issues.
To develop standards for contracts, including the presentation of budgets, payment terms, etc.
To review the contractual performance of all parties to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
To periodically report work progress to senior management.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management/Building /Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5-years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
Meticulous and systematic individual with positive working attitude.
Good oral & written communication skills.
Multi-tasking and is able to handle stress.
