• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium
• Supervise and co-ordinate all maintenance and site staff
• Engage maintenance, repairs and improvement to the condominium
• Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations
• Manage expenditure , budgets, financial records and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA), relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies
• Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in condominium management
• Experience in managing condominium size of above 500 units
• Mature and independent with the ability to lead team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office and IT Savvy
• Knowledge of BMSMA and understanding of general building defects will be a plus
• Diligent, well organised and committed to excellence

Porsche Singapore is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team and collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Customer Excitement. This role is critical in driving growth and profitability in our New Car Segment. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the luxury automotive industry. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring the customer facing sales team to achieve and exceed volume and profitability targets while ensuring exceptional customer service, managing studio operations, and upholding the brand's premium standards. They will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture that consistently delivers outstanding results. 

• Oversee lead funnel management at the individual lead level with the Porsche Consultants on a daily basis, ensuring effective follow-up on targets, leads, test drives, offer creation, and resolution of customer issues. 
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback and coaching, and foster a positive, productive work environment with the sales team that encourages teamwork, customer excitement, and professional growth, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, high performance, and development.  
• Manage studio operations and monitor sales floor activities to ensure all team members strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and Porsche's standards, policies and guidelines, including maintaining studio upkeep, delivering a consistent and exceptional customer experience, upholding integrity and ethics, and providing guidance while implementing corrective actions when necessary. 
• Oversee the Studio Customer Journey (from initial contact through to purchase) and ensure team members build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business. Manage and address escalated customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. 
• Ensure strong collaboration and synergies with all stakeholders (F&B, Porsche Lifestyle, Sales Planning, Marketing, Aftersales) to achieve alignment and support for sales initiatives, driving desirable results. 
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to implement sales strategies, propose promotions and incentives to drive growth and achieve volume and profitability targets, and support inventory management to ensure key model availability and optimal stock levels. 
• Expand the dealership's client base by developing and maintaining a network of potential customers, and collaborating with marketing and CRM team on lead acquisition. 
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends, market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and fleet sales, thereby driving growth potential and promoting Porsche's brand and products. 
• Training and developing a high-performing sales team by providing ongoing coaching and support, ensuring the fulfillment of training requirements, and enhancing their skills and knowledge. 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or a related field. 
• 5-8 years of working experience in leading sales team in the automotive industry, preferably within the luxury segment. 
• Proven track record of success in sales management.
• A team player with excellent leadership, people management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and inspiring and motivating the sales team.

Manager Customer Relationship Management

Porsche Singapore is seeking an experienced Manager Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to lead the CRM and the in-house Customer Interaction Centre. This role is responsible for governing the customer experience journey through strategic planning, market research, and data-driven insights. The successful candidate will drive customer excitement, satisfaction, and brand loyalty to achieve and exceed KPIs.

• Manage, lead, motivate and empower the Customer Relationship Management Team within the Marketing department
• Manage and lead the in-house Customer Interaction Centre to strengthen luxury positioning and create customer excitement across virtual touchpoints (online chat, social media, inbound and outbound calls, and emails), including handling VVIPs and escalated cases.
• Plan and execute initiatives to drive customer excitement, satisfaction, and brand loyalty through exceptional experiences across all digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring seamless channel integration and a consistently unique brand experience for customers, prospects, and fans, with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• Govern the customer experience journey across all channels in alignment with brand positioning, including defining and documenting the journey from prospecting to post-purchase, creating detailed contact plans, leading innovative enhancements to customer touchpoints, and partnering closely with Sales, Aftersales, and Importer teams to ensure a seamless experience and foster long-lasting relationships while increasing customer lifetime value.
• Oversee the Sales Funnel Management by pre-qualifying leads in close collaboration with Sales team and maintaining the CRM system with lead, customer, and vehicle data
• Ensure that all customer information and data are fed into the CRM system, enrich it with market research data (e.g. customer satisfaction survey, market studies) and provide data driven customer insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders across the organisation
• Conduct data analysis to identify gaps in the customer journey and opportunities for innovation and customer excitement, and create programmes by applying the insights gained into actionable and measurable steps
