Position Purpose
The functional scope is within APAC IT with a focus on FO Book, PNL & Risk applications. The role is to manage the team that supports, maintains and develops the Risk and PnL Tooling for Global Macro Flow APAC traders. The dev team and the clients are spread across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage Global Macro Flow RAD team.
· Evaluate requests from regional Trading/Quants/MO/RiskGM and deliver tactical IT solutions reliably and efficiently.
· Collaborate with the global team for development, projects and follow the sun support.
· Implement IT solutions within the framework of the technology strategy of BNPP.
· Provide system and process documentation.
· Shift duty, weekend and holiday work are required.
Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)
Mandatory Technical Skills:
· Java, Python, Windows Server, Linux
Management/Leadership/Communication/Interpersonal:
· Extensive experience of working in Front office environment
· Good People Skills
· Strong Analytical Skills
· Emphasis oncommunication skills and confidence in high pressure environment
· Experience in change controls, incident management.
Specific qualifications valued
· 8+ years’ experience supporting/developing in a financial workplace environment. Solid experience on application support for equities business.
· Pnl and Risk valuation expertise.
· Deep knowledge of IR and FX financial products.
· Understanding of FO related official workflows (Booking/Trade life cycle/Scenarios...).
· Advanced python and C# skills.
· Practical knowledge of Software Engineering Practices/Pipelines.
