Job Description & Requirements

Provide Nursing leadership, management and direction in regards to setting and manitaining quality standards, staff development and resource management in the daily operation of the unit. The NM has overall responsibility for the standard of patient care, appropriate matching of nurse competence to patient need, occupational health and safety of the staff, and clinical risk management. The NM is the face of the organisation to the key customers, docotors, patients, their families and friends.

• Effective communicate the company vision, mission, core values and nursing strategies to the nurses in the unit.
• Foster sound professional and collegial relationship with Medical, Allied Healthcare and Nursing team, patients and public.
• Set unit goals and objectives in consultation with clinical team.
• Has overall responsibility for the induction process, plans for self and nurses' career progression.
• Evaluate the quality of nursing care, including documentation, and make appropriate changes in nursing care delivery and organization of the unit.
• Facilitate reviews with staff on the hospital occurrence reports and ensure plans are implemented to prevent future occurrences.
• Role model the desired team and leadership behaviors.
• Conduct daily ward rounds to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve & follow through service/quality/medico-legal issues.
• Monitor unit budget and expenditure to ensure efficient and effective use of consumables.
• Plan staff schedule to ensure there is efficient use of human resource in proportion to patient acuity and census.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Diploma in Nursing/Degree Qualification
• Post Basic Specialty Certificate/Advanced Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 5 years nursing experience in specialty area (essential)
• Experience as a preceptor/clinical nurse educator preferred
• Desired leadership behavior demonstrated
• Coaching and mentoring ability

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinics.
• Coordinate and communicate between patients, employees and management team.
• Manage and approve company budgets, assign tasks and schedule of weekly work shifts.
• Implement policy changes, planning of employees’ development and training programmes, as well as involving in the recruitment process.
• Regularly evaluate, develop and implement new protocols to optimize patient care and to improve clinics’ operations, staff performance and productivity.
• Performing quarterly employee reviews and gathering feedback to help employees achieve both the organisation and their individual professional goals.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Supervise and manage clinics’ purchases, inventory, maintenance and repair of clinic equipment.
• Assist in any additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Preferably 5 years' experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Great analytical and decision-making skills to exercise decision making processes.
• Possess strong organisational, leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal, written and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and multitask.
• Comfortable with working in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
• Know how to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Other information

• Working schedule: 5 day work week with 2 days off (off days will be split 1 weekday and 1 weekend)
• 3 rotating work shift: 830am-615pm/1140am-930pm/930am-715pm
• Willing to travel as clinics are based islandwide.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute project work schedule to meet the project goals and datelines with different sector clients such as government, commercial and private.
• Prepare, update and present project work progression report in the meeting with the customer.
• Conduct system configuration setup, troubleshooting and commissioning for the ELV equipment such as CCTV system, door access card and intrusion detection system.
• Provide CCTV installation and design advise to the client during site survey.
• Manage and coordinate the contractor and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation according to the project schedule.
• Negotiate the quotation with contractor before raising up the quotation for approval by management.
• Prepare and update the project documentation such as user manual, floor plan drawing and schematic drawing.
• Provide training to the clients and end users on the system features and operation.
• Provide technical support to the maintenance team after the commissioning.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, address concerns and ensure clients are satisfied with the delivered solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• With 6 or more years working experience in the Security Industry.
• Prior experience in handling at least 5 or more engineers.
