We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, and driving the growth of Cannasia’s market presence. This role will require a deep understanding of the cycling industry and a passion for business strategy and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively explore new business opportunities in Singapore and the surrounding region to expand Cannasia’s market reach.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, cycling clubs, sports stores, and other potential partners to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales of ORBEA and Cannondale bicycles, services, and accessories through effective business strategies and partnerships.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive activity, and develop strategies to position Cannasia as a market leader.
• Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with current and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Develop Marketing and Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, and events that drive engagement with the cycling community.
• Attend Industry Events: Represent Cannasia at trade shows, cycling events, and community gatherings to network and promote our products and services.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance against sales targets, and suggest improvements to business development strategies.
