Responsibilities & Job Descriptions

• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Manage and deal with site technical & design issues, communicate & liaise with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Developers & key stakeholders of project from beginning to till final completion of project.
• Managing procurement processes, including Tendering, bid evaluations, contract negotiations and vendor selection.
• Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress and cost control.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are smooth in operation and completing on time, within budget, good quality and to the satisfaction of clients.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.

• Setting up site meeting with subcontractors, internal team members, and project related vendors to ensure effective progress of project.
• valuation of Monthly Progressive Claim to Client & reconcile.
• Verify and approve periodical assessment of progress claims of sub-contractors/suppliers with the Project QS/Purchaser till the settlement of final account.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any Civil / Construction Engineering discipline or equivalent
• At least 10 years overall work experience is required.
• At least 7 years relevant project control management work experience is required for this position.

Requirements

• Excellent experience in managing of Construction projects in Oil & Gas industry (especially in Jurong Island) is strongly required.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (i.e. Primavera, MS Project, Autocad, etc).
• Able to work in project sites and travel for meeting in different venues as required.
• Understand the Drawings and able to take-off quantities and create the budget and monitor the cost throughout the project.
• Liaise with Government Authorities for getting the approvals for proceeding the site activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties required to carry out.

JOB SUMMARY:

Gradiant Corporation is a technology driven company focused on global industrial water treatment solutions.

The company is looking to add an Applications Manager to its team at its Singapore office. This is a hands-on role that involves working in a lab environment and commercial site and will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of water and wastewater treatment plants. They will be working with a team of other application engineers. This engineer will work closely with the process and proposals team to develop practical solutions driven by experimental data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts feasibility studies

• Operates lab scale pilot units for different water treatment technologies

• Prepare test plans, test reports, and present to the internal/external customers

• Provide technical and hands-on support for the implementation of pilot studies and new pilot systems

• Support commissioning / on-site related activities where and when required

• Perform design calculations using membrane simulation tools, statics, and data collection software

• Developing new process schemes utilizing emerging technologies

• Guide and train application engineers

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• >5+ years’ experience in water treatment: chemical softening, reverse osmosis, evaporation

Job Summary

• To support SAP SD/MM module for both Asia and Europe SAP systems.
• Involve in most of the SAP related projects and able to lead the Asia and Europe SAP teams to complete the projects on time within the project budget.

Job Description

• Support the SAP SD/MM module and provide guidance to the Junior SAP consultants on SAP related issues.
• Able to manage medium and large size SAP rollout projects with the help from the DyStar SAP consultants and external SAP consultants if needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree of Commercial or Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology etc. or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the area of primarily SAP MM, SD and WMS.
• Integration knowledge of other SAP modules – PP, QM, IBP, EHS, FICO is advantageous.
