Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the objectives of each brand. Identify target audiences, key messaging, and effective marketing channels to maximise brand exposure and engagement.
• Compiling, Distributing, and Presenting Ideas: Gather, organise, and compile relevant ideas, information, and strategies for marketing campaigns. Distribute marketing materials and present strategies to internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.

• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with sales teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing roles or brand management positions, with a proven track record of success will be required.
• Experience in supporting multiple brands, preferably in the co-living or interior design industries.
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in website development and content management systems.

Purpose of the Job

Understand the Company and its businesses, the functions of each individual role and provide recommendations for improvements. Be responsible for the overall direction and management of people matters such as manpower planning, recruitment & selection, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, employee communication, employee welfare & well-being and talent management.

The role shall supervise 1 HR & Admin Executive.

HR Strategy and Planning

• Partner with leadership team to design and implement HR and talent strategy and programs in alignment with organization’s business strategy.

• Develop HR strategies and workplans to build employer brand and support achievement of the overall organisational goals.

Recruitment and Selection

• Engage departmental managers to review job descriptions to ensure that the roles are aligned to achieve the organizational goals.

• Establish recruitment policies and processes including identifying appropriate recruitment channels, recruitment partners, assessment tools and competencies to facilitate selection of suitable candidates.

• Manage talent acquisition process, which may include sourcing, conducting interview & selection.

• Develop and review the effectiveness of onboarding program to ensure new hires are inducted into the company culture.

Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits

• Establish and review competitive compensation and benefits

• structure and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

• Oversee payroll operations and provide payroll report to senior management’s review.

• Develop, implement and review compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

• Develop and implement fair and transparent performance management policies and practices to ensure clear linkage of performance to rewards and recognition.

• Facilitate annual performance review process including merit increment, bonus and promotion review.

Learning & Development

• Develop and review competency requirements, learning & development policies in consultation with stakeholders to build capabilities to cater for current and future needs of the organization

• Monitor training budget and review effectiveness of training programs.

• Develop and review career development pathways, policies and procedures with the management to facilitate staff development opportunities across BR Metals units internationally.

Staff Communication, Engagement and Well-being

• Organize and implement staff communication and engagement initiatives

• Lead measure of staff engagement and identify areas for improvement, working with line managers for action.

• Handle staff grievances, if any.

HR Technology and Reporting

• Work with vendor to ensure effective adoption of HR IT solution to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of HR processes such as employees’ records, attendance management, leave management, employees competency inventory, performance management, etc.

• Provide HR analytics and reporting to management.

HR Projects and Administration

• Lead Competency Development project

• Drive the adoption of new and better ways of doing things, e.g., digitalization

• Oversee general office administration such as office and pantry supplies

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in a managerial capacity.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Relevant Experience

• Strong knowledge of employment/manpower regulations, government schemes and industry/HR practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good team player and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English.

• Competent in speaking and writing mandarin with our Chinese Colleagues in China.

A Restaurant Floor Manager operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, primarily within the dining area and kitchen of a restaurant. They utilize various tools, from reservation software to communication devices, to coordinate activities on the floor.

- Relationship manager to assigned divisions within the district.

- Work closely with the Constituency Offices of assigned divisions in providing social and employment assistance to the needy within the division.

- Attend CDC, CCC and social services-related meetings/events to provide prompt and direct service to stakeholders in assigned divisions.

- Develop an in-depted knowledge of the characteristics of each of the assigned division in the district and identifies opportunities for collaboration.

SUMMARY:

As a Senior Manager, you will be setting the objectives for multiple projects in your division. Your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding the people in your division. Your understanding of the external marketplace and customer requirements will facilitate in instituting knowledge sharing practices in your team. You are expected to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and sets direction for its success.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Set objectives for and manage multiple projects/ ongoing work activities of moderate complexity within the division; including but not limited to production planning, manpower planning, inventory control, quality assurance, safety in operations, etc.
• Ensure smooth progress of day-to-day production activities and provide regular update to Management
• Review, formulate and implement division’s SOP

Responsibilities

❖ Daily Transaction: Preparing and issuing payment of expenses including staff expenses claims, vendor invoices, credit notes, cash receipts and petty cash vouchers.

❖ Managing financial records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date AP, AR, and general ledgers use to SAP Software.

❖ Accounts Receivable: Performing AR aging report and accounts receivable from customer schedule for monthly.

❖ Accounts Payable: Performing A/P aging and ensure prompt payment (by cheque/ TT/ Trade Finance Loan).

❖ Bank reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and identify any discrepancies.

❖ Payroll processing: Handling employee payroll, including calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions.

❖ Tax compliance: Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes and Prepare accrual, Prepayment and audit schedule.

❖ Monthly Budget estimate: Prepare monthly budget and forecast for construction projects and then, estimating cash flow.

❖ Admin Transaction : Performing for daily general admin support for the accounts team and necessary statutory fillings.

❖ Fixed Assets records: Monitor fixed asset activity in detail. Generate month-end depreciation and amortization entries.

❖ Inventory records : Daily stock in /Out and month end closing activities.

❖ Financial reporting: Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
