General Responsibilities
• Lead according to NNIT’s value (Empathy, Passion, Execution Power, People Management and “Be your self”)
• Lead and develop IT/OT department and management team
• Lead and develop Cybersecurity service development for pharmaceutical clients
• Department strategy development including communication and follow-up on Business Plan, Competency plan, Organisational Review and Balanced Scorecard
• Sponsor for bids and steering committees
• Continuously drive business development including development of new services, quality improvements optimisations and delivery models
• Department financials including anchor budget, rolling estimates and latest estimate. (This is only relevant in some manager positions.)
• Personal development, taking responsibility for personal business, competency and development targets and activities
• Hold P&L responsibility for the department
• Build up, organize and staff the department
• Be responsible for department business development and implementation of Business Plans
• Define and implement solutions for selected customer groups/offerings of the unit.
• Participate in major customer and stakeholder engagements – during both sales and delivery phase
• Analyse market for business opportunities
• Ensure proper communication and material for forecasting
People Leadership responsibility
• Appraisal, competency development, target setting etc
• Coaching
• Workforce Planning
Competency Development and Knowledge Building responsibility
• Responsible/participate in strategic projects
• Organisational development/education
• Development of methods, concepts etc.
Requirements
• Have experience in delivering cybersecurity services to pharmaceutical clients, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Have experience in delivering IT/OT services within pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or laboratory environment
• Preferably with track records in managing P&L for IT/OT and/or cybersecurity services
• Preferably with proven business and people management experience
