The Partner Development Executive manages ServiceNow relationships with our Partner Ecosystem across the APAC Region. A large part of this role is to manage and nurture companies in the ServiceNow Partner ecosystem while also encouraging current ServiceNow Partners to develop and mature their ServiceNow practice. This includes:

• Building Partner Practices through business plan development, account planning, partner expectation management, industry/regional/product focus. Sell, solve, bring growth.
• Planning for Success through Partner achievement target agreement, capacity planning, growth investment, points earning roadmap.
• Managing the ecosystem across team members through readiness assessment scoring, milestone achievement by partner, roadmap sessions for success, regular ecosystem evaluations, tiering progress, acquisitions targets, health analysis, metrics reporting.

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (Business Planning Guides, Enablement Journeys, etc.)

What is the job like?

• A senior member of the department with principal transactor responsibilities

Who are we looking for?

• Extensive structured debt experience with deep sector experience and exponent in various financing structures
• Seasoned credit professional with extensive experience and track record in taking credit decisions/views. Ability to work with semi-complete information, but sufficient (enough) to form a sound, well-grounded credit view in a fast-paced, quickly moving, fluid and highly compressed schedule
• Confident in expressing and communicating a credit opinion, including a negative recommendation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, getting their buy-in on credit recommendations (including the case when it is a negative recommendation)

Your role :

• Working in Front-to-Back projects (especially in the CS migration stream), assessing new/existing products front-to back (finance source systems to financial-/management-/regulatory reporting)
• Interacting with various stakeholders, analyze contracts and ensure correct accounting treatment
• Co-ordinating between finance asset gathering teams worldwide (main focus on APAC and Switzerland)

Your team :

Your expertise :

As a CSM, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships.
