What's the role?

We're looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Singapore Sell-side Core Sales team. You will be tasked with growing and defending revenue across our Terminal, Enterprise product and Enterprise data businesses. 4. Controllership: Accounting

-Review the Balance Sheet and Nominal Account analysis and ensure the timely disposition on reconciling items or errors.

-Comply with the International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) of the country.

-Review and approve payments to suppliers and employees on time. Ensure that all payments are valid and accurate. And ensure that assets and inventories purchased are timely reflected in the books and that accountabilities are properly defined.

-Prepare, update, and submit all necessary records, schedules, analysis and ledgers for year-end audit of external auditors.

5. Financial Policy Compliance

-Conducts regular financial audit for all stores and support units and key employees handling company funds and assets

-On time and accurate payment or timely remittances to JV or Franchise partners. Ensures that variances and discrepancies are analyzed and addressed immediately

6. Budget Management

SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Review journal entries, reconcile control accounts from core systems to ensure closing is completed accurately and timely.

This is an end-to-end brand/product management role where you will work with multiple stakeholders across functions and markets (4 sub-regions – North Asia, South East Asia, Greater India, Oceania). As the brand custodian, the brand manager must not only uphold the brand equity but must also be commercially driven with your finger on the pulse of the market, in order to identify growth opportunities for the brands in the respective markets.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Brand Management

· Lead the development and implementation of brand plans in collaboration with Commercial Team for brands under his/her responsibility:

o Marketing launch and trade animation calendars

o Prepare and cascade launch strategies and post launch assessments

o Work hand in hand with digital business team to champion digital marketing initiatives, including finding synergies from offline to online to enhance brand visibility

o Monitor and analyze brand performances

o Prepare business reviews and clients presentations

· Optimize brand portfolio through annual assortment review.

· Ensure brand image and Global messages are respected and aligned with brand standards.

· Provide regional action plan for slow movers to minimize financial penalty to the business unit.

· Lead annual forecasting exercise of assigned brands’ novelties in collaboration with Area Managers and Retail team. Process includes detailed analysis of:

o Performance benchmarking with past launches

o Setting and implementation of launch guidelines

o Estimation of prices and valorization of forecasts for budgeting purposes

· Work closely with demand planning team to manage product forecasts.

· Collect data from agency to understand customer behavior.

Pricing

· In collaboration with Commercial Team and Business Analyst, support pricing exercise through pricing studies, analysis, and recommendation.

· Organize and review annual competitive price surveys.

· Update RSP in the pricing portal after alignment with Global Pricing team.

Digital and Trade Marketing

· In partnership with retail and education team, create engaging brand experiences to enhance the traveller’s shopper experience.

· Ensure best in class POS execution of assigned brands in close collaboration with Commercial and Retail team.

· Development and management of sell-out tools.

· Planogram review of assigned brands with Commercial and Retail team.

· Manage brands’ e-tailer presence and site content to ensure the e-merchandising is adapted to the platform and aligned to brands’ guidelines.

· Responsible for E-Commerce website maintenance.

Others

· Marketing budget management

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar position from the beauty industry, travel retail experience is a plus.
• Education: Degree holder in Marketing or Business.
• Languages: Fluent in written and conversational English. Essential to have competency in spoken and written Chinese,

1. Network and Security Management

-Maintaining and administering computer networks in PRD and DR sites

-Manage network devices: Core Switch, Router, Firewall, Network Monitoring System,

Wireless, Remote Access

-Configuration, installation, maintenance and life cycles planning of various network devices

and services

- Monitoring network performance and ensuring reliability and availability

-Experience in log review, log monitoring, firewall rule review

- Monitors and assesses overall health functionality of security systems and equipment

- Provide technical support and advice on all hardware and software in the network

- Vendor management

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks

- Conduct IT security awareness training for all staff

1. Operations and Maintenance Management

- Perform daily IT operational and disaster center operational tasks

- Provide operations support for user inquiries and issues via email and phone

- Perform house-keeping tasks (i.e. backup, and optimization) and maintaining network user accounts

- Direct and coordinate troubleshooting and root cause analysis and make recommendations to the current procedure for hardware, software, and other network and system problems

- Implement an integrated mechanism for IT inquiries, call handling, logging and escalation for IT issues and assignment

skills and experience required

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in a banking and financial services industry
- Experience with routers, switches and firewall, i.e. Cisco, Huawei, Palo Alto, and Checkpoint etc.
- Knowledge and experience in using Network Management System, i.e. Nagios etc. would be
a plus
- Knowledge and experience in Virtualization Infrastructure, i.e. VMware etc. would be a plus
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with counterparts in China
