• Work with APAC Integrated Marketing team to review the relevancy of localised campaign messages and assets for local markets and recreate the campaign assets if necessary to suit local cultures and trends.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance.
• Partner with the Corp Integrated Marketing and Global Localisation team to ensure localisation process is effective.
• Partner with local media and creative agencies to create and distribute content.
• Review the existing localised web content and enhance its quality to increase the online conversation rate, increasing paid users.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with min 5 years' hands-on experience executing digital marketing with expertise in social first programs.
• Local market knowledge: ANZ & APAC
• Content producing experience i.e., developing digital and user generated content
• Online demand generation campaign experience to increase 'quality' traffic to store with strong conversion rates.
• Knowledge of online advertising and media and performance optimisation
• Should be able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Tools, Adobe Analytics is desirable
