Key Responsibilities

• You will own the customer experience and have overall oversight of the account, leading the relationship with key account stakeholders.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Relationship Manager (Offshore).

Principal Responsibilities

• Focus on nurturing and activating portfolio of clients to fund up to Premier Balance
• Encourage and educate clients to adopt a Digital First approach with focus on minimizing in branch activities while educating customers to transition to digital and remote channels (For low value activities)
• Working closely with other members of the Wealth Management team, such as investment, insurance, treasury specialists to provide holistic solutions to our onshore banking premier clients
• Provide premier clients with regular market updates, endeavouring to understand our clients’ financial needs and recommending appropriate wealth management products accordingly
• Provide financial planning and advisory services aligning to clients’ needs and investment profile
• Embarking on a proactive relationship management to strengthen and deepen relationship with existing customers, hence building a strong foundation for customer growth
• Ensure coverage of all relationships through client’s engagement, risk profiling and financial planning
• Understand customers’ banking and financial needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet these needs
• Fulfilling clients necessitates while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behaviour from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics
• Compliance, Risk & Control
• Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhere to
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules & regulations adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications

• The successful candidate has strong academic qualifications and over 1 year of work experience in Wealth Management with a proven track record of managing clients’ portfolio (Personal/Premier banking)
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills to be able to work individually as well as to collaborate with stakeholders to meet the needs of these clients
• Highly driven and possess the ability to succeed within a challenging environment
• Outgoing disposition, well-equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Down to earth and resilient individual with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset who is able to work independently and in a strong team environment
• Highly driven to excel and be able to thrive within a challenging environment by effectively recognizing customers' personal banking and wealth management needs

Job Requirements:

Developing Communication Strategies

• Create and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
• Define key messages and ensure consistent communication across various channels.

Brand Management

• Uphold the standards of the ISCA brand identity through brand education, brand compliance enforcement, training and ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals and tone.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
• Adopt industry best practices, optimise creative processes (including lead times, submission formats, approval processes, etc), update brand guidelines, and implement new initiatives as part of our brand innovation commitment.

Content Creation and Management

• Provide communications counsel and create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, website and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with various departments to turn insights into powerful, relevant, and insights for content creation.
• Support the creation and timely delivery of our weekly e-newsletter to our members, including coordination with content owners, IT & newsfeed agencies.
• Support the production of our Annual Report, including planning, content creation, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with agencies, and project management

Media Relations

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
• Coordinate and manage media coverage, press conferences, and interviews

Social Media

• Oversee ISCA's social media presence and engagement to build a strong online community.
• Advise team on Social Media initiatives.
• Channel Management: Develop strategies and execute content for the Institute’s social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and YouTube
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including the management team, other departments, and external partners to ensure the integrity of our channel content
• Set up SOPs and conduct workshops on social media best practices
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging platforms

Others

• Guardian of ISCA’s Communication Policies and SOPs
• Maintain the team’s Power BI dashboard
• Assist with team’s reporting, budget and invoice management
• Generate media monitoring and social listening reports

Job Requirement

• Degree/diploma in mass communications or new media.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Several years of experience in communications, public relations or branding with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with the target audience
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms, and their best practices
• Familiarity with tools such as Meltwater, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Creative, resourceful and meticulous individual who can meet work objectives independently
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
