1. Key Responsibilities:
1.1. Strategic Leadership & Partnership Management:
- Oversee the management and operations of EE Music School's licensing business with kindergartens and childcare centers in Singapore and China.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful partnership and collaboration with licensed kindergartens and childcare centers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that all licensed partners align with EE Music School’s educational standards and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of licensed partners, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
- Ensure high-quality educational and operational standards across all licensed kindergartens and childcare centers.
1.2. Collaboration with Licensed Kindergartens and Childcare Centers:
- Collaborate closely with partner kindergartens and childcare centers to facilitate the setup of music classes and educational programs.
- Support the implementation and integration of EE Music digital products within these educational settings, ensuring effective usage.
- Lead product training for staff at partner kindergartens and childcare centers to ensure proficiency in using EE Music digital products.
- Conduct teacher training sessions to align teaching methodologies with EE Music School’s educational philosophy and standards.
- Assist with student subscription management, helping partners optimize enrollment processes and improve student retention.
1.3. Digital Product Management:
- Oversee the development and management of digital products tailored for use in kindergartens and childcare centers.
- Work with digital product development teams to align product strategy with the needs of licensed partners.
- Lead the implementation of digital products, ensuring smooth integration and adoption in partner institutions.
- Gather and analyze data and feedback from music classes, teachers, and students to refine digital products.
1.4. Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner kindergartens, childcare centers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with EE Music School’s educational objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for licensed partners, addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with partners to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Represent EE Music School at public events, conferences, and meetings to promote the licensing business.
1.5. Product Strategy and Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and optimization of digital products.
- Implement testing strategies to gather feedback and optimize digital products for improved user experience.
- Define KPIs to track product success and make informed decisions using data and analytics.
1.6. Marketing and Communication:
- Work with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to promote EE Music School programs and increase student subscriptions.
- Develop communication strategies to keep parents and stakeholders informed about program activities and achievements.
- Lead efforts to increase brand awareness and enrollment through strategic marketing initiatives.
2. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in educational management or similar leadership roles, preferably within a licensing or partnership context.
- Strong background in product management, especially in digital product integration within educational settings.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including licensed partners.
- Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
- Familiarity with the education sector, particularly in early childhood education or music education, is preferred.
