Leadership and Team Management:
•Lead and inspire the bar team to maintain high standards of quality and service.
•Provide training on the importance of preservative-free practices and ingredient sourcing.
•Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
•Supports the other Management Team in running a day-to-day operations.
Preservative-Free Mixology:
•Develop and curate a menu of preservative and additive-free cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages that is align in the company mission.
•Source high-quality, natural ingredients for drink preparation.
•Experiment with flavors and techniques to create unique and appealing beverage options.
Customer Experience:
•Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
•Handle customers inquiries ,complaints, and escalated issue
•Ensure that Anatta provide a world class customer service is delivered consistently
