How will you make an impact in this role?

Your role will include the following:

• Data & Privacy Advice. Provide best-in-class strategic advice on applicable data protection laws, rules and regulations in Asia and provide privacy support to Amex initiatives, projects and new product launches, such as advising on the data privacy issues and providing practical solutions to mitigate privacy risks.
• Drafting of privacy documents. Advise on, review, negotiate and draft data protection terms in a wide range of commercial agreements, privacy policies, privacy notices, customer disclosures, data processing agreements, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Qualified and admitted/licensed lawyer in a Commonwealth jurisdiction. Candidates should have at least 4-8 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years of relevant privacy experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal environment. Prior in-house experience with financial institution or multi-national corporation preferred. Candidates with Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) accreditation and/or with prior experience engaging with policy makers on legislative consultations preferred.

We are seeking for a highly motivated, independent, and technically strong professional to join our audit technical and training team. As a manager, you will be part of the team to provide technical research and consultations to our auditors. You will also review and develop training programme and materials in line with the firm’s training plan.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Technical research and consultations – writing technical publications; review, revision and development of technical working paper templates and training materials; as well as co-ordination, facilitation and/or conduct of technical training sessions.
• Training – Review and develop training programme with reference to the effectiveness of the training programme; coordination, facilitation and/or conduct of trainings; and monitoring of the CPE hours clocked by the audit professionals.
• Other ad-hoc projects that may require your involvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• 5 – 6 years of audit experience, preferably from an international public accounting firm
• Deep passion to specialise in technical and training

Responsibilities

• Accountable for and lead the local Technology Service team and After Sales service operations.
• Coordinate the local service team tasks and resource allocation (projects and service)
• Collaborate closely with market area sales team and other units in line with the global Service Strategy initiatives to implement appropriate longterm strategies.
• Report of service activities to line manager and present during global service team meetings
• Capable of identifying and implementing business opportunities: Sales and Service-related opportunities for service agreements, spare parts agreements, digital service agreements, field service agreements, organize meetings with potential customers, etc.
• Develop long-term relationships and understanding of the unique needs of customer's operations to successfully maximize the entire life cycle of company’s equipment.
• Operational developments and management of the supply chain for the Service business.
• Actively identify and promote spare parts for customer's needs and support to prepare quotations.
• Support Project Managers with project executions
• Assist with customer enquiries efficiently and provide professional customer service.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction related to all services, evaluate, and analyze feedback and report to HQ.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Engineering, After Sales Service or Business Development
• At least 5 years’ experience in global supply chain management or management of Service business
• A proven track record in mechanical engineering, especially in plywood or other wood processing industries would be an advantage.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or similar designing application experience
• Willingness to travel globally.

Account Manager

Responsibilities

The Account Manager serves as the main contact/coordinator/interface to specified customers for commercial-related matters (price quotes), qualifications, sales calls, quality issues and technical information. Serve in this role on a regional basis, if required by needs of specific account and in coordination with Business Team

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving identified revenue targets for company products and/or services.
• Responsible for developing a complete account/territory strategy, creating an account/territory plan, and executing account/territory plan.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key and influential customer contacts.
• Maintain frequent contact with all key functional organizations at each customer site that influence the use, application, or commitment to company products and services.
• Ensure company is properly positioned to maintain existing business, to gain competitive business and to secure next generation (expansion) opportunities.
• Keep customers informed regarding company’s products, services, and relevant activities.
• In the event of quality and delivery issues work directly with cross-functional team members including manufacturing plant to develop quick response to issues and coordinate feedback and corrective actions to the customer. Serve as the business owner for resolution of customer issues.
• Appropriately and effectively utilize company resources to capture new business opportunities and to solve customer problems.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and business information to company for each customer.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure sales opportunities at assigned account, which are consistent with company product line objectives, provide pre-sale and post-sale technical/commercial support.
• Gather and report information to appropriate company Business Teams on competitor’s products, process results, and progress through established relationships at the customers. Assess competitive risks both from a technical and business perspective and take necessary action to address.
• Update the market landscape related to industry events, materials, services, and innovations.
• Act as the primary advocate for the customer into company.
• Strive for and drive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction ratings for company.
• Participate in other tasks, assignments and projects as delegated by Senior Business Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BS required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Semiconductor industry experience with emphasis in product introduction, sales, marketing, and customer interface. Demonstrates technical knowledge regarding Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate detailed technical sales, marketing reports, and spreadsheets.
