· To closely follow the performance of voyages and work closely with the operations department and technical department

Job Requirements:

· Must have a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in project heavy lift and offshore market

· Experience from previous job in Asia and Europe

· Be self-motivated and independent, but able to work in a fast-paced team environment

· Have a commercial mindset combined with good interpersonal skills.

· Be reliable, proactive and professional

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German

· Able to travel internationally
