Your Mission: Lead Southern Asia full spectrum HR across 9 markets, support the regional GM and management team (Marketing Director, CFO, Country Managers) in managing HR-related operations and talent management across the region.

Through FFP we are looking to build a sustainable growth platform by driving more consistent performance across each of our markets through modernisation of our organisational model and technology platform.

As part of this modernisation there is a need to create a Finance centre of excellence to manage and run the Finance Data Repository (FDR) and associated tooling, technology, and business processes. Through the Future Finance Programme (FFP), this position is essential in partnering with technology and business leads to design and build the associated product Owner processes from scratch and transition them into a BAU run model.

The role purpose as follows:

• Establish and implement ongoing framework for managing, measuring, and governing data quality.
• Implement a mindset of continuous improvement in the timeliness, accuracy, completeness and comprehensiveness of data into Finance.
• Establish protocols, tooling requirements, and processes for incident management when faced with issues on data quality or batch feed delays.
• Provide a clear product roadmap for data deliveries on FDR and other systems and processes as required to all downstream finance data consumers.
• Establish a people and resource capability to manage the data platform processes.

The key deliverables:

• Work with Local Business Unit’s (LBU’s) to implement data quality rules on both the Unified Data Platform (UDP) and the Finance Data Repository (FDR).
• Define and implement a centralised data quality issue tracker to monitor issues impacting Finance and work with data owners to resolve issues at source.
• Implement a continuous improvement model to detect, understand and remediate data issues in a timely fashion, with adequate managing information to inform senior leaders of the level of Data Quality Risk currently faced by Prudential Finance.

• Define and implement an operating model for managing, governing and implementing adjustments, overlays and overrides of data to ensure it is transparent and efficient.

• Establish a Data COE team to run and oversee all operational controls and processes. The processes and controls should be documented in Ops Risk framework, have clear procedures and meet all necessary operational considerations such as disaster recovery and location strategy.
• Work with Finance head of data governance to implement a security and entitlements model for securing and accessing Finance data.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Establish data quality rules engine, data consistency checks, data quality issue tracking on FDR and within LBU’s.
• Implement process for continuous improvement with data quality.
• Develop Finance Data security and entitlements model.
• Establish playbook/framework and processes for manual data sourcing and working around issues i.e. adjustments, overrides, defaults and overlays.

Candidate Requirements:

• 10-15 years of relevant industry experience in relevant data roles in a financial services organisation (preferably insurance industry).
• 2-3 years experience in either a Product Owner or Data Quality Lead role.

Job Responsibility :

1. Develops, coordinates, guides and maintains REO strategic and operational plans in support of company vision, mission, values, and site objectives & targets.
2. Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers. Reviews objectives to determine success of operation. Involves in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
3. Ensures the efficient of operation of REO function in management of company facilities and support services, while maintaining a workplace that contributes to employees productivity, well-being and is secure and environmental safe.
4. Develops and maintains the annual operating and capital budgets for sites operations in consistent with company financial plan and guidelines.
5. Develops and maintains an appropriate organization structure capable of supporting and providing a safe, efficient and effective workplace.
6. Ensures appropriate training and development programs for REO organization are in place to attract, retain and develop the key personnel required to support real estate operations services.
7. Ensures that site operates according to company’s standards, external accrediting standards, and legal requirements.

Authority :

1. Makes own functional decision for global org under the guidance of VP CREW .
2. Authorize global FE&M organization and assign leaders.  Supervises and manages activities of four or direct reports who exercise full supervision in terms of cost, planning, execution, control, and staffing.
3. Authorize resources and spending for Real Estate Operations.
4. Reviews regular activities performance based on the criteria determined as REO function objectives.
5. Evaluates and approves employee performance as well as salary increase and award under REO organization.
6. Reviews, approves and/or concurs concerned issues, reports and others of program in accordance with site Delegation of Authority (DOA) and in compliance with company’s code of conduct.

An exciting opportunity exists in our Sales Development organisation (role based in Singapore) for a proven 2nd-line Manager looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment with the focus on ASEAN.

In this role you will take overall responsibility for inspiring, mentoring and building teams within the regional Sales Development organisation; these teams identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads and outbound campaigns. Taking ownership of the pipeline generation in the region of ASEAN, your ability to partner with senior stakeholders and the supporting functions, incl. Sales, Marketing, Sales Strategy & Programs, will define your success.

You will be a critical contributor to the corporate sales strategy, providing a healthy and reliable pipeline to support the overall sales organisation and achieve the region’s objectives.

Your mission:

• Lead a rapidly expanding group of first line managers, Sales Development
• Representatives (SDRs) & Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with focus on scaling and evolving the organisation
• Align the Sales Development team with the regional Sales Management team to ensure tight collaboration
• Coach and develop Sales Development Managers, collaborate with the marketing and sales programs teams on demand generation plans, partner with Sales Management in region to meet targets, and engage with recruitment to hit annual hiring goals
• Drive rigorous sales development execution, ensuring target attainment, accurate forecasts and total transparency
• Inspire & motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned management, coaching, creative sales incentives, and broadcast of results
• Build and conduct executive presentations for internal and external customers (executive briefings to customers/prospects, internal stakeholders presentations)
• Participate in ASEAN wide projects to drive fast and consistent innovation and keep the organisation’s processes and methodologies agile and ahead of the market
• Promote the organisation across the wider business and champion the Sales

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience and successful background in Sales Management or Sales Development
• Management gained in 2nd line leadership roles, preferably in Technology
• Proven track record of managing teams to achieve performance goals and consistently overachieving pipeline and revenue targets
• Experience in hiring and developing teams at scale, with a focus on coaching, mentoring and diversity
• Experience in or on country management teams, managing cross-functional relationships to drive business alignment and success e.g. with Marketing, Alliance & Channels, Sales Leadership, Customer Success
